the location is excellent and near the lake, convenient stores and restaurants are walking distance. the property is clean, bright and spacious. a good sunset view from the balcony, it is equipped with what you need the property in a nice farm host is kind and helpful, we had a good time :)

Very nice and functional place, I think it's even better and larger than it looks in the photos. The surroundings are nice and calm, nice beergarten (with a petting zoo!) is quite close. If you have a car the location is great - Rosenheim is close but it's also good to explore the surroundings.

A bit close to the railway so we could hear the trains pass by. Not a massive problem, and in fact our small son loved watching them pass by. Also we would have liked the bedrooms to be darker, one was quite bright even with the pulled curtains, which makes it hard for us to sleep, the other was ok but could be darker.

Very accommodating. Peaceful location and well appointed facilities.
