La casa del signor Tony si trova a circa 7 minuti dalla spiaggia di Mondello. È molto accogliente e può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone. Nelle vicinanze ci sono un piccolo market e un panificio che sforna pane fresco ogni giorno. Noi ci siamo sentiti a casa. Torneremo in estate, di sicuro.

Excellent host! We didn’t have to wait, everything has been agreed in advance, our arrival was very smooth. The flat is very nice, great location, 7min walk to the Mondello beach. We could park our car around, no problem. The flat had everything necessary, even coffee capsules provided by the host, 2 water bottles, shower necessities, etc, very nice! We really enjoyed 2 nights staying in the apartments.

Only an advice to fix the shower holder :) it doesn’t hold the shower well.

Perfect summer apartment, 5 minutes to the beach.

Stay was great! The host let us stay late due to our flight which wasn’t until the afternoon. Really lovely place and very accomodating

The owner of the apartment Toni was very helpful, as we arrived early to check in, but nevertheless he settled us. And in the morning we were already on the beach. In the apartments everything is for living and cooking. Pleased with the presence of air conditioning. Otherwise, at a temperature outside 39 degrees.,it is difficult to survive. Nearby there is a mini market, and opposite the bakery, which is very convenient. Yes, and Palermo is not far away, somewhere 25 minutes by bus 806.To the sea on Sirēna Street 8-10 minutes. Also Toni provides a transfer. Beautiful location, guiet place. Thank you Toni.

Bus stations can be found 5 minutes away from the apartment. The Mondello beach is 10 min by feet from the location of the apartment.

Did not meet my expectations given the money we paid. For our whole stay (7 nights) we were given only 1 toilet paper roll and one trash bag. No one ever replaced the towels, so each of us had only one towel for the whole stay. In the toilet there was no soap. Also, no trash bins can be found around the apartment, so when the bin in the aparment is full you have to walk around Mondello to find a proper trash container (for some reason street trash containers are rarely found). The bed mattress was not comfortable at all.

For sure it was a good value for money, a cozy apartment close to Mondello beach and a small supermarket around the corner. The accommodation was clean, with working WiFi and AC.

Some basic stuff were missing like soap, shower gel, washing machine powder or even toilet paper (had to buy all ourselves which is not very comfortable especially if u come just for a weekend), kitchen was not fully equipped with missing microwave, oven or even some extra bowls or kitchen mitt. While cooking on a stove we thought we might die the first time since it was very old and the gas was leaking unevenly. The bed had an old matrace that wasn’t comfortable and the hydraulic system of the shower was clogged. Unfortunately we could hear all the noises coming from upstairs and the neighbors next door, including everyone leaving from the main door that was next to our apartment.
