Location was very central. The room was very clean, and being near the highway, we were expecting it to be noisy, but it was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel located on main highway through Coffs Harbour so road noise was horrendous even in the absolute back room. Hotel even supplied ear plugs on bedside table!

Very clean and modern. Housekeeping staff make sure everything is perfect. Staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. Comfortable rooms, great showers, aircon set to perfect temperature. Access to Netflix. Close to town.

The traffic noise is a bit loud but this will not be such an issue once the bypass is completed.

Could have used a shelf in the bathroom & few hooks as it is on the small side. The cars parked out the back did not seem as safe as those on the inside lots

The room was so clean, spacious and modern. There was tea, amenities and plenty of towels, a/c was working, a dining table, everything was great - especially because we booked with such short notice, everything was easy even a cot made up for us and a late arrival.

We did not participate in an inhouse breakfast. We went to a cafe nearby with a family group of eight persons.

I have to give a big thumbs up to the cleanliness of the property. Never before have I stayed in a motel, only ever 4/5 star hotels. The cleanliness here far exceeded most of my stays at far more expensive hotels. There was real milk in the fridge, which although for a coffee, I had on its own with my sandwiches before heading to bed. It was a nice little treat. Water pressure in the shower was amazing to say the least. Very very good!

My only criticism was the AC didn’t seem to cool the room down. The air coming out was cold, but the room didn’t cool. In the end we put the bed infront of the ac and just changed it back in the morning before we left. The only other minor negative was the mattress was so so - BUT it’s a budget motel, and mattresses are impossible to have universally loved.

We only stayed one night, but could have stayed a few more. We were pleasantly surprised by the CBD Motor Inn, as we had absolutely no expectations. The room was big and modern, bathroom was good as well. Both of us had the best sleep here, slept almost 10 hours without interruptions! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there was a super cute dog!

Location was great. We didn't use the breakfast. Close to club up the road for dinner.

The road noise from trucks was better than expected but still noticeable. Once the bypass is built this wont be a problem.
