The Property has been renovated to a very high standard.
The location was situated halfway up a quite steep hill, so if you have any mobility problems it may be a abit of a struggle.

this property is in an amazing locations, 2-3 minute walk to the main square in Giaos, 2 minute walk to a super market. The apartment is newly renovated and extremely clean. The owner Maria was very pleasant and responded promptly to messages. Her very sweet mother even brought us fresh grapes from her garden. We loved our stay here.

Sweet Home was a great location to explore Gaios and the surrounding area, and Maria was a great hostess. We had a wonderful time and would very much like to visit again!

Nice location, functionality wise. Good climate control.
Overpriced, even taking into consideration Paxos' touristic market.
There was a 8h municipal water system malfunction, which is very common in Paxos and in Gaios specifically, but even that the house had a backup tank, they delayed to provide us with water until 4h had passed since our return in the property.
As a result, we weren't able to even have a shower and we couldn't enjoy the rest of the evening.
Finally the hostess made an improper comment after a small female hygiene issue.

The owner was waiting for us there and gave me the keys. Also before that she contact me when i was in the ship and explain to me the road to go there. She is very kind she explained everything for the house and she told us if we need anything to ask her at any time. The house is very central located so you don t need a car for the town . Now to go to a beach you need a car or a boat preferable. There are boats at 10, 11 or 12 going to antipaxos where the beach is amazing , the return is at 14;30 or 17;00 local time. It costs 15 euros a person quite reasonable price for such a place with amazing beach in antipaxos. Or you can rent a small boat for the day for 60-80 euros plus the fuel.
the roads are terrible so don t rent a car if you book central of course, otherwise it s a must . The house is ground floor , so if you want a view is not the best choise , but if you are looking for a private house and central is perfect.

Apartment we stayed in was very good, kitchen well equipped,modern with everything we needed,very clean and we could see that our host Maria payed attention to even smallest details.Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. The patio with wooden table and comfortable chairs made our last two days of holiday very pleasant and relaxing.

Very convenient location near to the centre of Gaios, but still very quiet at night. Very well equipped with everything you need. Great WiFi. Comfortable bed and nice shower
View from terrace is a bit limited, though the terrace itself was nice with a good drying space

Place is renewed recently new finishes and furniture very clean and Maria and her mom is very welcoming.
