Property was clean and tidy
It was cold, would of been nice for the heaters to be put on before our arrival as it took at least 12 hours to heat up

The apartment was spacious, decked out nicely, comfortable couch and beds, lovely floorboard and modern and updated bathroom.
the owner was very helpful and accommodating and the lifts were a real bonus 🥰

Great place to stay. Walking distance to everything you need. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable place to stay. My only request would be to please supply some steak knives.

Beautifully modern and clean. Superbly comfortable beds and quality bed linen. Excellent lighting. Internal washer and dryer. On the second floor (there is a lift) with lovely balcony overlooking Bellerive sailing club. Parking under with easy access. Huge walk in shower. Quality toiletries. Big fridge and well appointed kitchen. YouTube, Netflix and free WiFi. IGA just around the corner.
If all apartments occupied the parking spaces might be a little tight. Wasn't an issue for us.

The location was easily accessible to freeways with local supermarket, take aways, coffee and waterfront all within easy walking distance.
The apartment itself was well resourced with everything you could need for a comfortable trip.
Designated parking was hard to access with a larger vehicle, however parking on street was always available.

Apartment was quite dusty on arrival, parking was very tight, you wouldn't want a large vehicle

Communication with the property managers was excellent. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable furniture, plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc plus washing machine and dryer.

A really nice place to stay in Hobart or close to Hobart (10 minutes by car to go to the CBD). It was also functional for a family of 6. It was really worth it regarding the price. I can really recommend this place !

The apartment was new, fresh and clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking if staying longer. A close walk to a good supermarket, cafes and other facilities. Instructions for use of appliances was very helpful.
There was time limited parking on the street and the off street parking was very tight for the mid range SUV hire car. We were lucky it wasn’t full or I’m not sure we could have used it.
Bedrooms were a little stuffy in the warmer weather - even with window open- some sort fan would have helped move the air.

I always love staying here. The apartments are close to the waterfront & eateries and it doesn't take long to drive to the city centre, or on the ferry. The management are always happy to help too.

Bright, clean, beautifully presented. Clear instructions. Loved the kitchen windows and outdoor seating area. Walking distance to Bay and cafes. Great location as a base to explore Hobart.

parking spaces and random stadium attendees using parking. beyond the owner’s control the liquor store cooling system is a bit noisy and intrusive.

The apartment was well located and furnished well. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed to cook up a storm! The laundry facilities were also very good and the property manager was excellent . The grocery store was round the corner and the restaurants were just a short walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little cottage that was equipped so well with everything you will need for your stay. It is so centrally located very close to shops and only 10 minutes from the city centre. I loved how well thought out it was to make it an easy and pleasant stay from the QR codes around for appliance instructions, the welcome booklet, the folder of takeaway menus, board games to the choice of coffee table books available to assist with dining, shopping and attractions. Great little carport in the driveway for parking also! Thank you Emily and the team for being great hosts (despite never meeting in person), it was so easy and we loved your friendly and prompt responses to our queries!

It was easy to collect keys and self check-in. Property was very clean and had all the items we needed except shot glasses 🙂 our beds were so comfy with electric blankets. Good space, easy access, very close to the city, shower room was exceptional ❣️
We had a water cut for half a day on Sunday which was very inconvenient when you are on a holiday. However, it was for the whole area and property owners didn’t have any control over that. I requested for some extra towels during my stay which I never received. We found parking lots too narrow as well.
