Nice big apartment and good location, also had a washing machine so you can do your own laundry if you wanted

there was only one fan in the lounge which did not work very well and none in the bedroom which meant you had to use the air con more often, towels and bed linen you had to pay to be washed. deposit at 10000 bht is very high compared to other apartments.

The Condo was fully equipped with everything you needed. Plenty of towels supplied both for use in the apartment and by the pool. AC both in the lounge area and the bedroom. The host Jean Paul was extremely helpful and was available on Watts-app if there were any enquiries. Two minutes walk to the beach area but situated in a quiet location. I would not hesitate to recommend this Condo.

Neo Condos and Hotel are a modern addition to the Jomtien Beach area and everything is clean and efficient. I like the amount of space you have with the one bedroom apartment from Jean-Paul and it was very comfortable both on my own for first 6 days and with my partner on the last day. There is a large TV in living room and in bedroom with BBC & Sky News plus Movie channels (Warner Brothers, Sony etc). The kitchen is well appointed to the extent that I took some laundry downstairs without even realising there is a washing machine in the kitchen! The large bed is particularly comfortable which was important to me as I have a damaged spine so this apartment was wonderful for me with its space, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, lovely balcony and overall value for money. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and for helping with ALL my luggage when you saw me struggle with my walking stick - you were so accommodating and your communication was excellent throughout. I highly recommend and will be back next time I'm staying in Jomtien Beach on my own. 5*****
