El mismo día que ingresaba al hotel me avisan que habían tenido un problema y que debían cancelar la reserva. Casualmente me consiguen un lugar en el hostel de al lado, de un familiar. La habitación estaba bien, era prolija, pero no se parecía a lo que yo había reservado y por lo que yo había pagado. Al fondo había como un depósito y pasaba gente constantemente, y por este motivo, lamentablemente, me faltó una prenda que estaba secándose en el patio de mi habitación.

No me hospedé en el alojamiento. Ellos recibieron el pago y se lo darían a las personas que me hospedaron.

hot water was busted on the second day but the owner quickly responded to that, the door in our shower cabin was broken, small bed for two but that's everywhere in the philippines

Location great! Close to shops and restaurants. Fastest wifi in Coron;) Felt safe at the accommodation and property.

Breakfast bad. Towels were really dirty even when they came in fresh. We could not for the love of god get the shower tap. to close. It was dripping day and nights. AC was so loud that we could not leave it on at night. Which meant we woke up after a couple of hours and had to turn it of, stay awake until it gets freezing then turn it off and finally get back to sleep. It was a whole ceremony.

Hard to find staff so we could not have WiFi for many hours Old AC unit too noisy to turn on and sleep The room has no window and smell bad The tiny place is hard to find. No obvious sign on the very narrow street. Even the local tricycle drivers don’t know where it is. The staffs either did not speak English or could only speak a little so they could not provide any information needed. This place should not be in hotel business.

Late breakfast. It was served 8am when they told us that breakfast will be served at 7:00am - 7:30am. Repetitive kind of breakfast. The value for money wasn’t worth it. No one’s there when we arrived. Yes it is a B&B but please, be cautious of your service time. Not to compare, but with the other accommodations we know breakfast is serve at exactly 6:30am. Be considerate. Your guests will not wait for the breakfast as they are having their early tours and won’t stay at the property all day long. Impolite approach from the manager? Or owner? I don’t know his position. But we did transact thru texts only. Hope the management will take this seriously.
