The room and my child super enjoy the pool

I'm not into crowded places or hotels so this place is perfect. Staff are courteous and smiles all day lol. If u ask something from them they bring it to your room faster. Love the service . As for the breakfast , I would say 8/10. Not much choices but acceptable . WiFi is 7/10 , sometimes it's fast sometimes it's not lol. We had a jacuzzi in our room, we really enjoyed it. The beach is 3-5 mins walk and I like that ,it's a part of station one which you'll be in love with the sand, soooo fine. The products are just expensive, restaurant overall in boracay are quite expensive.

The pool is too cold haha I wish there is some warm pool. No Iron for clothes /microwave.

The way going to the beach and getting back to the hotel during the night it's dark.. the other guest with the children it's too noisy there's no consideration at all screaming yelling in the pool we ate our dinner beside the pool how can you enjoy eating your dinner. Having an headeace! Anyway it's is not the management fault.

beds are not comfortable there was water leakage when I used the jacuzzi the bathroom is really small

outside Jacuzzi room was dirty with lots of leaves in it, and it could’ve been clearer about how to use it etc. it had been a major selling point for me, but I ended up not using it.

jacuzzi on the first floor was awesome. All employees are very nice, great people.

The staff were so lovely, very thoughtful, always making us feel welcome and helping when needed. We booked our tours through the front desk and the tour company were wonderful. Very quick to respond and willing to help, even though we could see they were busy. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Not really just this hotel in particular, but something to note is the wifi on the island in general isn’t great but it’s enough. The breakfast was satisfactory but would be nice to have it warmer and a few more options.

The staff were exceptional and made the hotel worth visiting. Everyone was very kind. Spa was also great.

Our room had a view of a construction site, the shower was not standing so we had to sit and shower, the room felt quite basic and poorly planned considering the amount we were paying to stay there. This was supposed to be our blow out hotel but it didn't feel worth the money we paid.

the place is really clean and accessible from the Main Street. all the facilities are well taken care of. The staff are wonderful and took care of us. It is close to everything you may need (stores, shopping mall, taxi). It is about 3 minutes walking to the Beach.

Hotel was a little far from the centre. It was quite as there were no entertainment at night and very few guest.

I will will recommend this hotel to my friends, my stay there was excellent, and the staff was really extremely professional and very helpful. I absolutely loved the staff!

The route to the beach was horrible, but that isn’t the hotel’s responsibility. The hotel was perfect!!!
