Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was big so it was easy to move around.
Our Rooms were run down. The tables had scratches, the bathroom sink had a crack, bathroom shower tiles were broken. Dirty paint on the walls.

Friendly staff and amazing facilities
all good

Nice, clean, well laid out. All rooms have a pool view which is really good.
Very far from shops and other leisure activities. Spa facilities should have been part of the package - spa facilities could be better.
6.0
The pool looked nice but I haven’t experienced it.
The housekeeping attendant seems to have noticed that I was sick and added a tissue box to my room the second day.
The bed was comfortable.
The service was slow, the front office gentlemen were non-chalant.
There was only one luggage handler and he was nowhere to be found when required. No one cared to order a taxi for me when I asked upon check out except the security guy outside that saw me trying by myself.
There is no sense of urgency or priority.
My pool view room was very noisy.
The shower didn’t drain properly and I found hair in the bathtub that wasn’t mine.

The Rececpion person - Isham - very thoughtfull, welcoming and helpful. Excellent recommendation for dinner in town.
The Swimming Pool is absolutely fantastic
The room was big and well equipped
Bed was great
The 1st day person that walked us to our room, but gave up half way and pointed us to the rest of the way, all this without offering to carry the luggage
The 1st breakfast was very soon, right after opening, and there wasn't too many buffet options. 2nd breakfast was better
The restaurant manager (?) that informed wrongly about dinner price on the phone, corrected to double value when we were already served, and did care to admit he had informed a lower price
Only one local beer option

I liked that hotel was in a quuet area.
The pool bar staff were very friendly.
The hotel rooms (as i had to request a change of room) were unclean.
There was quite a bit of debris on the bathroom and bedroom floors, in both hotel rooms.
There were hair in the first bath.
The corridor carpets were also dirty with debris.
I asked the cleaners if they had vacuum cleaners and they said they didn't and used a dustpan and brush, which is difficult to clean floors in bedrooms and corridors.
The hand sanitizers next to all the lifts were emoty.
In the Spa area, there was an extra $12 per day charge to use the indoor pool although it was freezing as they hadn't turned on the heat in it.
There was also another 12 dollar charge to use the sauna and steam rooms per day, which I thought was expensive.

The rooms were nice and clean with a good view of the pool
The wifi at the property didnt work properly. The breakfast was below average. The pool was cold and your have to pay extra for the spa even for Sauna and Juccuzi.

Nothing
If you are reading this review because you don't know to book or no so the answer is don't book!!!!!!!
1- hotel location is so bad.
2-hotel entrance is a disaster .
3- hotel is not clean specially the restaurant.
4-no water, no tissue, no kettle , no prayer mat, no kibla direction in the room.
4- dirty mirrors and carpet in the room.
5- breakfast is so disappointing, you need to take the croissants and bread with your hand, so every one is touching by hand before you.
6-tea without hot water , and sugar without spoon .....
Iam direction to write but this is not a 5 star hotel , don't book.
For staff all wants tips and all complaining that no good business, you feel you are in charity center.
I give 2 stars or 3 stars hotel.
4.0
Hotel has a large and sunny pool. Rooms are spacious. Staff was generally friendly with the exception of one reception clerk who was a bit arrogant towards some of my colleagues upon checking out.
Hotel is rated 5 Star, yet there was no wi-fi coverage in the room. no tea/coffee facilities or complimentary bottles of water in the room. No information on the numbers for reception or concierge in the rooms. Room service did not answer the phone. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Hotel is on the outskirts of the city and does not have a shuttle to airport, city centre, or main conference events.

Nothing.... very bad hotel.
Waste experience with a 5 star hotel.
Will never come back.
I would like to refund what a paid because it's for sure not for a 5 star hotel.
Hotel not clean.
No water in room, no tissue, phone not working , prayer mat was given wet and with strange bad smell, phone not working, if I need reception I need to go down for reception.
Dirty carpet, dirty mirrors, dirty dishes in restaurant, dirty high chair.............

Majority of the staff were very polite and accommodating. In particular a waiter called Mustapha was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay as memorable as possible. Will be revisiting for this sole purpose. The manager of the hotel also allowed us to swim at night.
nothing.

Staff, a few were nice, the rest seemed annoyed by you. A lot of stuff weren't working such as the lift to the gym or the wifi that was disastrous. The restaurant wasn't good.

No air conditioning in a supposedly 5 stat hotel… what a joke!
horrible

Location of the hotel is good.
Too expensive for the service provided, very bland food, noisy AC (quite old), carpet retains dust... Most of all the value was never even close to a 5 star hotel.
