Helping staff Cleanliness Location

My apartment was on 3rd floor and there wasn't any elevator. Really difficult to manage with back problems. No phone in the apartment. You can't contact reception unless you come down all the way from 3rd floor.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Migros is stone throw away. Beach is 10 minutes walk away. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They have turtle pet in the garden. It comes every day yo have a lunch 🐢 The internet connection was good enough for Netflix and Zoom.

TV is useless, does not support Netflix

The reception was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The swimming pool was pleasant and mostly not crowded. The Migros shop underneath the building was very convenient,

The location: to get to the beach, you have to go around a kilometer through few streets.

Perfect accommodation for a family, very big two bedroom apartments. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location is two blocks from the beach promenade, a short walk. Pool was perfect, nice and clean.

Some of the facilties inside the apartment look a little dated but work fine.

Ideally located near the beach with a supermarket and restaurants very close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As for the apartment, I was very impressed with it given the price. Very spacious and came with all the amenities one would need for a weeks stay. The pool and spa were really good and well maintained.

The mattresses on the beds were a little stiff and uncomfortable.

The sleeping sofas were very comfortable. The queen bed was not as comfortable. The manager told us they are in the process of renovating the facility and we look forward to going back again next year

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious flat with all the amenities and in a great location close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Nice balcony. The hamam was great too.

We really enjoyed our stay. This place is ideal for families. The apartment was clean and spacious with a fully- equipped kitchen and balcony. The location is perfect- only a short walk to the beach; supermarket and coffee shop are right outside, plenty of restaurants to choose from for eating out or delivery. The staff was polite and very helpful. Angela went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable!

the location is perfect, you can walk for at most 10 minutes and you’re on the beach. the place is clean and has everything you may want in an apartment, and in addition, it is literally attached to migros, the perfect place to buy groceries

it was a disappointment experience because the structure is not bad, but the staff knows very poor English and even checking in, even with the assistance of my Turkish girlfriend was very hard, we needed to call them because there was no one at the reception and wait for them to come… and in the end even after they came, we had to wait an extra half an hour just to get into the apartment. until here, it’s still fine, but the worst part is that on the second day of our stay, the owner decided to just open the apartment door at 10pm, only to ask once again for our documents, which is understandable, but he literally forced the door, without knocking or asking for permission to get inside. 0 privacy, and very brief apology for something that is just out of this world. just another detail, in our specific apartment, the shower wasn’t able to drain the water properly so the bathroom was basically getting flooded as soon as you would take a shower.

Sirena was perfect for our family - very spacious apartment with all what family needs. Children loved pool and parents restaurants around. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Weill if have to say, the beds are fluffy, the mantras sets I mean. I am used to stiff matrasses.

The apartment was huge, completely furnished with dish and washing machine, just like home. Quite big, well stocked supermarket was just around the corner. Swimming pool and saunas (free for guests) were also great. There is a lot of good restaurants around and distance to the beach is around 7 minutes on foot.

The equipment (closet, bathroom facilities etc.) is a bit tired and needs a bit of restoration.
