The property is okay but needs a little maintenance

Breakfast was not included, the hot water didn't work properly, the bed makes a lot of noise and there's no stove or fridge in the kitchen.

I loved the room, it had everything we needed (such as: WiFi, kitchenette with utensils, hot shower, comfy bed, etc.). It was comfortable, easy to find and peaceful. Just what a guest needs. Accesible pricing.

Sadly, the TV did not turn on.

Nice and quiet place for a quick layover..

We used the hotel (five nights) for the lodging of the family of a patient in the nearby Hospital Materno Infantil. The price is reasonable, the facilities are adequate and the owner, Don Mario, is a prince of a fellow. I can not overstate how kind and helpful he was.

I can not think of anything that I would change.
