Strong cleaning smell until fans cleared the air. Staff slow to respond at front desk

Good hotel

The room was very clean. I enjoyed having a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board and iron.

The check-in took way too long. There was only 1 person there before me. It took the woman working a counter 20 minutes to check the customer in. It was 3pm, and I was checked in about 3: 35pm. It seemed that she was dealing with an important call . There was no apology. It seemed very unprofessional. Customer service needs to improve.

the newness of the remodel and it wasn’t an indoor homeless encampment

the female staff was rude but I even feel bad putting that because the dude at check in was so nice

Hotel was situated in a good location that was easy to get to and from. The room was clean. The pool and hottub were at least operational.

Front desk just outright refused to give a fresh towel so that I could use one for the pool and shower with a clean one. there were no towels provided at the pool. The hottub had a disgusting level of scum in the water. The room had no ceiling fan(infact there was a hole were it was ripped out) and the AC was on the far wall and even at full blast the room stayed stagnantly uncomfortable. Sheets were poor quality, course material and the fitted sheet came off multiple times a night. They tried to up the price by $45 from my reservation and only rectified it once once I called them out. Any other time I'd write it off as a simple mistake but after staying there the weekend I have my doubts.

Beautiful soaking tubs however the plugs are broken so do not hold water! no security lock on door and tough flashing cut my finger when I opened the door.
