we enjoyed having the balcony. We overlooked mountains and the construction site across from the lovely apartment. I hope Tony doesn’t lose his view. We walked up about 2 flights of stairs to our 3rd floor, their 2nd…or one more flight….not sure, but Tony will advise. as 3 seniors 75 and above in only average shape, we did them without concern. Tony showed up right on time and helped ALL three of us with luggage. He told us how to see amazing views at Harder Klum…OMG…I am a world traveler and have seen mountains in every continent but Antarctica and I really loved his recommendation. Harder Klum is likely the easiest viewing platform from Interlaken…one funicular right from town! You exit the building as you came in, take a left and 1st right toward Main Street…2 blocks…turn left and walk about 7 blocks to Beau RivageHotel, along a beautiful park facing some lovely old buildings. You can see the funicular right after the hotel on your left, about. 60 meter walk. I left my new smart watch on the charger inside the medicine cabinet. he found it and brought it to me….very kind….saved me a lot of walking. nice man and very considerate about the way he keeps his place and about people.

I can’t think of anything. loved the location….we had restaurants and a small plaza near us where towns people in uniforms played band music. found some funny action in town for younger people….close to everything, but not noisy.

the shower curtain in the bathroom needs to be replaced, it’s very moldy and smells bad making the whole bathroom smell.

Tony is a great host and was super helpful. He came to meet us personally and also helped us with our luggage. The location was central and all shops and restaurants were closeby. The area was very lively and had everything you needed right from grocery stores to restaurants to souvenir shops! We had a good view of the mountains from our room and we loved waking up to this view everyday! If we are visiting Interlaken again, we would definitely stay here again!

The public transportation was a bit erratic especially the frequency of the buses to the station. But since the property was centrally located we could also walk to the train station.

The location was great. We could walk anywhere downtown. We met Tony's associate at the property. He gave us the keys, showed us around the apartment, and showed us our parking space. He and Tony were helpful and easy to work with.

Construction was being done right outside, but nothing could be done about that.

Tony is a superb host, we received a very warm welcome. There is a nice view of the mountain.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom which makes it very moist.

Tony is a wonderful host Location is great except for the construction across the street.

The construction. Tony should make this known on the web site as it is a major construction site. We also feel the apartment needs a woman's touch. Could be a little clearer (carpet etc.) and extra bed in living room is not very attractive. Tony is a delight.

It was renovated nicely, lots of room for Europe and the view of the mountains was nice.

The stove top did not work work properly, so it was difficult to cook dinner, the bed would just cave in when you tried to lay in it which made for very poor sleep and there was mold on the inside of shower curtain and in the grout. But worst of all is that there was ongoing construction right outside the balcony from 7h45 until after 6pm. It was extremely loud, we were NEVER forewarned and when we mentioned it the owner stated this would go on for the next 2 years. We felt lied to and mislead as we would not here if we would have known.

Location is not far from the train station, a lot of restaurant nearby. the room is just okay, enough for four of us. Facilities is okay. The view will be better once the project outside is finish. The host is really great and very helpful. the best.

The bed is too soft, and deep. So it made us difficult to get up. besides that everything is okay. there is no elevator, but the host is very helpful and willing to take our big luggage up stairs. thank you so much.

Location is in the center of Interlaken West about 10 min walk. The room is fully eqipped.

Everything...tony was very accomodating.apartment is wonderful....it has everything what you will need on your stay,coffee machine/coffee,tea is a bonus.fully equip kitchen...very comportable stay with a nice view on the mountain...close to everything,very quiet neighborhood...value with the money,spacious apartment clean and well maintain.plus the host is excellent...i will surely back in the future.♥️🥰

actually the apartment located on 3rd floor without lift. so a bit struggle to carry all our luggage to the apartment. kitchen just fine. I don’t like the bathroom because the wooden floors really old and curtains inside bathroom rooms smellly and very dirty. owner should wash or change it. shower a little leaking. the construction infront of the apartment very noisy they start work at 8 am. so noisy and finished quiet late.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The view from the window is amazing. It has private parking, right at the city center, close to shops, restaurant, train station. The kitchen has everything you need. The host is very kind and help us with the luggage.
