Wer Strandurlaub mag, sollte sich diese Wohnung mit Strandblick vormerken. Sie ist zwar in der 2. Strandreihe aber mit einem direkten Zugang. Parkplatz sowie Anbindung an den Nahverkehr sind vorhanden. Möglichkeit des Einkaufs ist in Laufweite.

Das Auffinden der Wohnung ( neuer Anstrich, keine Hausnummer) sowie der Vermieterkontakt waren zu Anfangs nicht ganz so einfach. Wurde dann aber recht unkompliziert gelöst.

Location is perfect, just next to the beach and lots of nice Choringittos. Also next to main road and parking, so accessing highways is about 5 mins drive. Walking to the center of Rincon is like nice 25 mins beach walk from the apartment. Clean, great air conditioning. All good.

We didn't find any tea or coffee, but Mercadona supermarket was about 10 mins walk. Also there were no toilet papers, there were bidet system but we were not so familiar with it so was expecting toilet roles.

Warm welcome by the owner. The apartment is close to the beach and has its own parking, this is very helpful. The city center is a bit far too walk (with little kids during summer), but the local buses work very well and Abel did explain us everything when we arrived. Regarding the "lacks" of actual comfort and tidiness I am not sure that I would pay the same price again, even if the location of the apartment is very good.

The welcome was very nice. Although for a longer stay, especially with kids, I find the apartment not very comfortable. We had to empty the two air conditioning buckets at least every two days. The commode in the living room is kind of old and not very stable, as if it could fall apart every moment. The bed is not very comfortable (in our opinion..) The supplementary towels were smelly, as if they were forgot a while in the machine after washing. So first of all they passed once more in the machine. The kitchen equipment - which was not very extensive - was not perfectly clean neither. Nor the freezer. In a holiday apartment this is very uncomfortable, especially if there is no dishwasher. Well, if you do not use the kitchen, this point will not matter. All things considered, this flat has a huge potential, especially with the kindness of the owner, if it would be lightly refurnished (Ikea would be largely enough) and be well entertained.
