Clean room and bathroom - nice view

Sunday morning when i woke up the warm water was cold - i waited a few minutes to see if it got warmer , but it didnt so i had to skip shower - not nice

The location is good, staff very friendly, hotel very neat, security is on point and the food is top notch

The bed was a bit dilapidated and the TVs are outdated, we need smart TVs for modern viewing.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered a good variety to start the day right. Everything was well organized and hassle-free, exactly what you want when travelling. Great value for money and I would happily stay here again. 😊

Everything seems to have an additional cost - parking, water... but otherwise ok

The Agent that checked us in was great in customer service and he is fully knowledgeable of all the amenitites and the offerings.

We went out and came back early hours of the morning only to realise that the water from the shower was ice cold and the basin as well. We had to call reception so many times and the guy said he needed to come check...like really we adults we know how to check the temperature of the water. Because it was late and our bags were already unpacked, we told him to please arrange for us to move to another room in the morning so that we can shower and go for breakfast. At 8am we called to find out which room we can move to cos we needed to shower and I was quite surprised when the lady said mam is it ok if we move you guys while you out . And I was like no, we need to shower . From the conversation i gathered that the previous night staff only mentioned that we wanted to change rooms but not the reason why. So i then had to explain why we needed to change rooms. and then a porter was arranged and we changed rooms but we still missed breakfast.
