The central Paris location made getting to food and sights very manageable.
The property is fairly small and cramped, there is a single small toilet located in a small closet-sized room. There is a tiny sink behind the toilet with no place for a hand towel. The property, especially the showers, was not particularly clean. And if the windows were left open then you could smell the cooking from the ramen restaurant below it. The photos are somewhat deceiving.

"Amazing location, very spacious for Paris. We were 3 and each of us could enjoy her own room and bed. Living room has sofa bed."
