Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Apartment war sehr sauber. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut. Die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität überein.

Das "Doppelbett" ist maximal 120cm breit und auch sehr kurz. Die Füße meines Freundes standen unten raus (er ist 185cm). Die Matratze ist leider auch nicht gut-ich vermute, sie hat eine "Memory-Funktion", weil man sehr stark einsinkt. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und mein Freund hat dann die 2. Nacht auf der Ausziehcouch geschlafen. Das war dann für beide besser. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war auch sehr sehr schwierig. Es wurde tagelang auf Nachrichten über booking, wie die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert, nicht reagiert. Erst als wir die angegebene Telefonnummer über Whatsapp am Tag der Anreise (!!) kontaktiert haben, haben wir eine andere Nummer bekommen, bei der wir uns melden sollten. Wenn wir kein Spanisch gekonnt hätten, hätte das alles nicht funktioniert. Auch die Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte durch die Unterkunft hat 3x nicht funktioniert, obwohl die Daten gestimmt haben und andere Unternehmen auch abgebucht haben. Am Ende hat alles geklappt, aber es war sehr nervenaufreibend und nicht professionell.

El edificio estaba en obras y había ruido desde primera hora de la mañana. Mucho polvo en las escaleras. Hice la reserva como ático y me ubicaron en la segunda planta. Había un estor roto y el aparato de aire acondicionado soltaba bastante agua.

L´appartement était très bien il correspondait parfaitement à ma demande d´avoir 2 chambres.

Pas de place de parking immédiat. C´est tout

There was not a shampoo at the bathroom and no elevator

Communication only by email and/or whatsapp. Enmities too poor. Shower head broken, To open microwave door you need to open freezer door first. To close lower kitchen drawer you need to lift the drawer on top of it first. Blinds of front room are out of order/ broken, and the front window (though barred) does not lock. Use of dishwasher and washing machine is possible but not practical for stays of 2-3 nights because no related soap or cleaner is provided. These cleaning products are not worth buying for short stays. The apartment is located in the attic and there is no lift: that means climbing 5 floors (67 very high stairs) with your luggage. All communication is in Spanish. Up to you to figure things out, so use translator apps. Messages are not clear as for example: "wifi is in the property on the left. Username and password are on a sticker'. Turns out that the modem was on top of the wardrobe, in the first room to the left of the hall. The username and password were the name and pin number of the modem. Both were written in tiny letters on the modem's factory sticker at the bottom of the modem. Try to figure that out after a long day of travel ! The place is clean but it is to be expected- after all you are charged 30 Eur for cleaning services.
