A solid rental for visits to St. Gallen. Ground level on a road and tram line that is well traveled, but quiet at night. One assigned parking spot, directly out front. Very walkable to shops (groceries, restaurants), less than ten minutes' walk to the city center, cathedral, and library. Includes an entryway kitchenette with dishes and fridge, private bath, and two large rooms, each with a full sized bed. Nice cross breeze for summer. Very fast internet access. The owner is kind and available for any questions via message or text.
The building needs maintenance. A couple of the electrical outlets provided intermittent electricity and sparked (loose sockets). If you have mobility issues, be aware that the bathroom is tiny, with a curtained stall shower, and the door knocks into the facing toilet instead of opening the entire way.

The Flat is super clean, the manager is super friendly and nice, the location is great, and it’s quite big! It also has all amenities, with a lot of small extras thrown in, like coffee, snacks, and mineral water. Truly an excellent experience!

The location of the accomodation is awesome. 5 minutes away from the turistic old town. The host is very sweet and friendly. She had let us coffee pads and swiss chocolate and thought that was really Sinnvoll. The free parking is also a plus.

the flat is perfect for short stays, super close to the city centre, easy to reach from the motorway. Maria fills it up with many comforts (adaptors, hairdryer, coffee and tea, water, etc) and she is super available for any question.
the bathroom is rather small and may not be suitable for older people or for families, however it is not a great concern once you are aware of it, Maria provides for a lot of confis there as well. Perhaps more clarity about the parking spot would be a plus - we really did not understand where we could or could not park.

The flat was spotless, there were complimentary snacks, tea and coffee, lots of thoughtful touches (masks, umbrella, power adaptor...). It was in a great location, I walked everywhere but theres a bus stop close by. The hosts were so nice, they even told me I could check-out later than 12 if I wanted as there were no guests coming that day!

The room is noisy because of the location.

Actually the hostess had to switch us to a different flat on 11 Davidstrasse but I commend her for accommodating us. Speicher had a fold out sofa in the living area, and since 11 Davidstrasse did not she actually gave us a whole extra flat on the next floor up. Everything was clean, spacious, and beautiful.

It’s a spacious two bedroom apartment about 10min walk from train station. Clean and comfortable stay, cozy decoration, well equipped with basically all appliances needed, espresso/micro woven/refrigerator/towels... and host is very considerate and hospitality, prepared free snack, facial masks and a basket of bunny chocolate for Easter! Really appreciated

Extremely hospitable stuff! It was touching that they left us snacks and sweets.
There's free parking which is almost impossible to find in the city.
