Its location at the city center

Being in a ZTL area. However, there are many Parking solutions nearby.

The apartment is in the centre of historic Verona, easy access to everything. We originally walked from the train station, it took 28 mins. The little cafe at the bottom of the stairs is really good value and very friendly. Beds were comfy and breakfast in the fridge was fine.

No A/C downstairs so got very hot but worked fine in the bedrooms. There were lots of utensils but weirdly not a tea towel or any baking trays that we could find. There were lots stairs are steep and dangerous if you were older or younger. I didn’t like having keyless entry or not speaking to a someone, however, they did reply to emails quickly.

The location was fabulous vey close to everything, shops, restaurants and attractions. The A/C was great. Being right around the corner from Juliet's attraction was a highlight.

I wasn't sure about the whole breakfast thing as i thought it would of been at the restaurant right outside the door like literally outside the main door, but there was food in the fridge and biscuits and fruit on the table with cereal in a jar on the table which I presume was our breakfast for two days, Grateful but not necessary as it would of been easier to have it at a cafe which is what we did.

Aside from our transfer being unable to find it (not accessible by vehicle) it’s an absolutely amazing location, right next to Juliet’s balcony and a short walk from the arena. It was perfect in that respect. The views were also incredible. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Five flights of steep stone stairs or a very hot and slow elevator, not a great choice. Despite there being a heatwave, the aircon wasn’t turned on for our arrival. It was unbearable. That wasn’t our experience in other apartments on the trip, it was always on. The communication wasn’t as good or as helpful as other places. Bed wasn’t set up for our third child (aged 19) as requested a few days before. The only option was to share a double or pull out a bed from under the single, which was then basically another double! He slept on the sofa as he didn’t want to be right next to his siblings. There were no toiletries, didn’t take any as the booking said ‘free toiletries ’ and a photo of them is shown.
