Recentemente ristrutturato, ideale per famiglie 2 ° fuga con una spiaggia meravigliosa, vista sulla spiaggia di Bald Head Island e il molo, ampio terrazzo con sedie nuove altezza e tavolo per mangiare al tramonto, veranda coperta con posti a sedere e ripiani, vicino all'accesso alla spiaggia / passerella, accesso alla piscina stagionale, area barbecue, ogni edificio ha doccia esterna per il risciacquo. Dall'altra parte della strada da Oak Island Golf Club e Duffer's Bar and Grill. Arredamento da spiaggia con cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovi ripiani in granito e vernice fresca su tutte le superfici, bagni in piastrelle di ceramica. Affitti notturni disponibili solo in bassa stagione. Affitti mensili fuori stagione disponibili. Cambiamenti 2018: primavera 2018 rimuovendo 2 serie di cuccette e sostituendo con 2 singoli.

The location is great & the check-in was simple. My warning is with the management company. If you plan to stay here, make sure to pack everything! Toilet paper, tissues, bath soap, hand soap, beach chairs & beach towels. Also, beware that check-out is 9AM. The condo is small and simple with great beach access. But, I'll make sure not to rent a unit that uses this management company again. They must be making $$$ hand over fist because customer satisfaction certainly isn't a priority.

Good location

We enjoyed staying in unit 402 at The Palm unit was clean and well furnished with all the essentials the beds were nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. We weren’t in the unit enough to cook or utilize the kitchen very much but it was very nice and clean the ac was very cold and the fans all worked. We only had one complaint and that was that the couch and loveseat seemed very used they were difficult to get in and out of for an active 38 and 43 year old I can’t imagine my parents trying to get up and down out of them however this would not prevent us from staying here again. Beach access was great!

We enjoyed staying in unit 402 at The Palm unit was clean and well furnished with all the essentials the beds were nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. We weren’t in the unit enough to cook or utilize the kitchen very much but it was very nice and clean the ac was very cold and the fans all worked.
