Brezza di Mare

Good location, Friendly & helpful host, clean, really comfortable bed & pillows, parking on site. Breakfast, coffee & croissant in a nearby cafe, was a nice start to the day.

The property is simply wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean, and the house itself is beautiful and very well-maintained. The absolute highlight was the spacious balcony with a superb, breathtaking view - perfect for relaxing. The location is strategic and convenient: very close to the center of San Teodoro and the local restaurants, while also offering easy access to the stunning beaches nearby. Additionally, the area is very quiet and peaceful, even though it is so close to the center. What truly made our stay unforgettable was our host, Giannina. She is a truly special and exceptional person. When our flight was cancelled at the last minute, she went above and beyond to help us. Even though the check-out was supposed to be at 10:00-10:30 AM, she kindly let us stay and use the room until 16:00 PM. We are incredibly grateful for her generosity and highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! Nothing to complain about.
