Location was brilliant
We had a long flight and they refused to serve drinks, not even a tea and it was only 22:15

Amazing location, clean, and cute
The streets were noisy, could hear sirens and what I assume was trash trucks throughout the night

Posizione dell'hotel in centro, cortesia dello staff, tranquillità della camera.
Pulizia e gestione della camera da migliorare, temperatura interna sempre impostata troppo bassa.

The staff members were helpful and friendly.
The location is right next to the Pike Place which made comfort an issue. It was so noisy all night , with either noise from the pier , the machines ,loading and unloading at the market, homeless people screaming outside, the rubbish collection truck .. all in all it was so bad , I had to sleep with noise cancelling ear plugs which helped with the noise but were uncomfortable so didnt help to sleep.
I understand not the fault of the staff but poor choice from my end to book this place.
Room is very basic. Nothing special for the price paid.
