Shore Thing on West Branch of Keuka Lake
Lago che vive al suo meglio, in un cottage appena ristrutturato e abbiamo appena aggiunto un dock permanente del '40 con tacchetti su entrambi i lati da legare. Una casa principale sul bordo di 100 'di lungomare, con due camere da letto, un bagno completo e lavanderia. Una camera da letto è un letto king size e l'altra è un letto queen size. Dall'altra parte della strada è un piccolo bungalow, con due camere da letto, spazio vitale principale e bagno completo. Il bungalow ha una camera da letto con letti a castello, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e lo spazio abitativo principale ha un letto full size e un divano letto. La proprietà ha anche un pozzo del fuoco, una casa galleggiante con una pletora di tubi per il lago galleggiante e ci sono giochi a bizzeffe per quei giorni di pioggia. I panorami dal ponte non deludono mai, compresi i famosi tramonti sul Lago di Keuka. È una cosa di riva la tua famiglia avrà ricordi che dureranno una vita.

We really enjoyed out trip and weekend with family! The lake was beautiful and just what we needed!

The house was very clean on the inside and exactly as expected. Air conditioning worked. However, it would be helpful to have small fans for the bedrooms to add a bit more airflow for the hotter months. Perfect for big families. Having the extra bungalow was perfect. Ok for smaller vehicles and up to four. We had three and fit fine. The water pressure in the bungalow was very low. But always had hot water. House water pressure was fine. Lots of kitchen stuff. Would have been helpful to have basic spices available. But no biggie for us. The dishwasher was not working. The pod wouldn’t open. Not sure what to do. The outside, the deck is very nice. A full set of stairs to get to the main house. This isn’t handicap accessible. A bit dirty on the deck and annoying as it followed into the house but broom was available. But would be helpful to have a smaller blower available. Had a few foldable chairs available but most of the plastic chairs were broken unfortunately and very dirty. The boat house was open but very dirty. The dock was beautiful and new. We didn’t have a boat but easy to tie one up for future renters that do. Convenient to Penn Yan and branchport.

Our multi-generational group throughly enjoyed our stay! We would love to come back and will highly recommend this place. Communication with the host was a breeze and the view was even better than the pictures. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful cottage right on top of the lake. You can hear the waves lapping while you sleep! Great location. Lots of afternoon sun. Responsive owner. Super clean cottage! Would definitely recommend and would love to return!
