Freundliches Personal, herzliche Chefin, sehr gutes Frühstück, sauber, gräumiges und komfortables Apartment mit großem Balkon

sehr geräumiges, sehr sauberes und neues Apartment, mit ebenso sehr großer überdachter Terrasse. Super Frühstück mit Omelett, Ham and Eggs oder Spiegelei extra zubereitet.
Straße davor etwas laut, in der Nacht aber dann ruhig.

Very spacious apartement, with a huge terasse, Beach and old town only a short walk away. Public parking is the option there, but it was not an issue to find free parking lot.

Great apartment, fully equipped, clean and very comfortable. Spaces well organized, cozy beds and perfect location. Parking places easily accessible and close to the main turistic areas. Super gentle staff - we had a very late check-in - and I recomment the breakfast: simply superlative! Perfect location for a longer staying!

We really loved the spacious terrace, the nice view and the brand new apartment. Everything was clean. The location is close to the beach and breakfast was really good. Friendly staff, I recommend this place for families.

Great location in the center of Grado, with easy access to everything. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.
If you are unlucky and some of the other guests are loud during the night, you will hear them very clearly in your room.

Breakfast was great, room was spacious and modern. Host was really friendly. We also loved the huge balcony.

Some basic furniture were missing, like reading lamp next to bed etc. The water in the shower was not hot enough, it was cold.

The stuff is very helpful and responsive.

Breakfast is great. Our host was really caring, even blocked a public parking site for us. Location is good and it is a short walk to the next beach. Old town is few minutes longer walk, but not at all far away.
