It was very clean and I enjoyed the location.
The parking process and check in process. It was insane! I arrived around 3:30pm and there was traffic down the road trying to get into the parking area to check in. I waited nearly 45 minutes in line with only one lady working the desk. On a Friday night, with a sold out weekend, at check-in time, why on Earth was there only one employee working the desk!?! And why does the check in process need to be so hard just to get a parking pass/ app to park your car. Insanity!!!

A good base for your Dayton based vacation. The staff are friendly, the hotel is nice and clean.
The breakfast items were not replaced as they ran low. It is a basic but good selection but should be kept topped up.

Location, Cleanliness, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good until un invited people showed up to eat breakfast
Parking was difficult to read and the numbers on the ground at night ,while you are driving . No other hotel charged for city fee. And why are dogs in the penthouse wouldn’t it be easier if they were on the 2nd floor ,,. and guests were put in penthouse suites?
