The location was close and convenient to the train station, The staff were very extremely helpful in helping to transport the luggage and were very accommodation and the room/facility was excellent.
The gym needs better air conditioning

Clean modern. Comfortable. Great service and location amazing for train travelers. Beautiful art work at the lobby. Clean amazing spa. Comfortable beds.
Extra charge for sauna. Really should not be the case based on rate charged. No view (but obvious).

We did not make use of the breakfast or the restaurant. However, the staff and the hotel—including the room—are of excellent quality.
The architecture and the experience of being in a new environment were particularly noteworthy.
The only criticism I could make—directed at myself—is that we didn't stay longer.
It is fantastically located relative to the train station for taking day trips as far as Osaka and Nara—something I hadn't fully appreciated when planning our trip.
