It was near everything but I missed having the patio facing the beach. The rental company was in touch everyday to come in and do repairs but we had sick kids. Some blinds had gaping holes and were in bad shape. Paint was desperately needed in condo. But we enjoyed our stay. I saw this condo when it was purchased and renovated. It has gone downhill and is showing wear and tear. Lots of room though.

Great size and location.

Condo was dirty, there was a weird smell, especially the sofa. A previous guest created a Netflix profile called “smells weird” so I’m assuming it’s not new. Multiple blinds broken allowing sunlight in the bedroom windows. Thermostat controlling bedrooms had been removed so had no heat in the bedrooms the first 2 nights until I realized the issue. Listing didn’t state no cable, only streaming services. Several of them would not connect due to no password or pin.

The property is great. Nice pool and access to a beautiful beach. It’s within walking distance to stores bars and restaurants or a cheap Uber ride. The unit had pretty much everything we needed. The small appliances (toaster, blender griddle etc. ) are nice (not cheap). Plenty of plates, cups glasses and utensils. We pretty much had the entire building to ourselves so it was quiet. More than enough room for a large family or friends to gather and enjoy.

The grills outside really needed cleaning. The gate to the beach is pretty difficult to open. Although it was disclosed that you get what is provided and items are not replenished throughout the stay, a couple of extra garbage bags as well as another roll or two of toilet paper and paper towels would have been nice as there were 5 of staying (was supposed to be 6).
