Gravitas Hostel

Nice cosy place

It could have more common spaces, but is a very good place to stay and it works just fine

This was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Everything was so clean, they cleaned the common area, the dorms, and the bathrooms every day, and the quiet hours from 11pm onwards were respected. The beds were comfortable and had curtains, powerpoints, shelves, and hooks to use, as well as a huge locker below the bed which could fit my very very large bag. The bathrooms/toilets were always clean and smelled nice, and the showers had a shelf, hooks, and a towel rack. It's also in a great location, with heaps of cafés, restaurants, bars, and attractions, including Diocletian's Palace, within 10 mins of walking. A small grocery store is about a 1 min walk away for all your necessities. The common area in the evenings usually had a group of people ready to go out, so it was super easy to meet people and make friends. There was also a microwave, a toastie machine, a kettle, a fridge, and free coffee and tea. The staff, especially Darya, were so helpful and kind, and had plenty of recommendations for things to do as well as providing assistance with booking tours. I would 100% recommend this hostel.

Nothing, this place was genuinely perfect.

Location is great

It is centrally located. Very clean and the staff are quite hospitable. Although I arrived in after midnight they helped me.
