Clean, stocked with everything, nicely decorated.
Lot's of space. Lots of privacy downstairs where there are 2 bedrooms, sitting room, fullbath, and laundry. Well maintained.
Saco river right there which was cool. Beautiful couch in LR.
Imagine it's beautiful in the winter with the fireplace going.

We had a lovely week in the mountains. Lots of things to see and do with breath taking views. Waterfalls, gorges, mountains. Shopping at outlets and great restaurants. This condo was perfectly located to everything. Peaceful surroundings and a river within steps of the house. Property was as described. It had a great cabin feeling with all the comfortable accommodations of home. Hosts were great to work with and highly recommend for your next get away!

We loved the location and layout of this condo! Perfect for 2 families! All the beds and bed linens were very cozy and comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. The extra chairs for the dining area were great to have- especially for game nights! The couch was awesome! Big enough for everyone to fit and enjoy a roaring fire. We had such a great week! Only issues were spotty internet, which would randomly cut out, but always return, and having to deal with re-setting the hot water heater. However, the owner was great with a quick solution to getting the hot water heater back online. Only reason cleanliness didn’t get 5 stars was because of the empty cigarette packages and lighters left on the deck and old food left in the fridge/freezer.

Our stay at Woodland Pines was wonderful. The condo was comfortable, spacious for our group of two couples, charmingly decorated and well equipped for cooking. We came for a cross-country ski vacation and the location is close to Jackson, Great Glen and Bear Notch ski centers. Robin was an excellent host and very responsive to our questions.

Our group of 6 had an amazing stay! The condo was super clean and very spacious. The fire place made for super cozy days/nights. The location is awesome. Super close to down town and Cranmore. The River right across the street made for great walks. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent Excellent Excellent. I stayed here for 4 nights at beginning of July with my adult son & his 2 daughters (10 &13). The website gave a very accurate description of the property & the rental process was easy with responsive hosts. The house was clean & so well appointed. They had everything that one could possibly need. All the beds were super comfortable with great bedding etc. The kitchen was perfect for cooking & had every kitchen utensil/tool that we needed. The living room couch was so cozy & wonderful - All four of us could hang out & lounge on it together. My grandchildren were in heaven with The various board games that were there. Overall, the place was fantastic. A very comfortable, pleasant house, in close proximity to a multitude of activities. We all loved it. A big thank you to our hosts for a wonderful experience. We just returned from a great ski weekend with our teen children and a couple friends. We found the condo to be very clean, well appointed and in a great location. The floor plan was perfect for our group with the kids sleeping downstairs and plenty of space to be together for family dinner, games at the dining table and watching movies comfortably on the big sectional. The kitchen had all we needed and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We would love to return next time we are visiting the N. Conway area.

Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong on this trip. But we still had a great time-mostly thanks to this condo! Temps were in the single digits during the day. But the house was cozy the entire time, even when it was -12 overnight! The beds were comfortably and had plenty of cozy flannel sheets and blankets. There were tons of fun games to keep my 5 and 8 year old occupied. Well equipped kitchen. We loved it.

This condo couldn't be any more perfect for two families! Great layout. The couch comfortably fit all 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) for movies each evening. A fire was ready for us the first night, which was a nice touch. Condo was clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. Tons of board games. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience. Great communication with Robin. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities you need. The location was perfect lots of things to do and great restaurants to eat or get take out. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Robin’s condo was very clean and well stocked. There was every cooking utensil and appliance that you would need, a washer dryer and room for 8. Robin was very easy to communicate with. The only issue was the air conditioning.
We were in the middle of a heat wave and it got a little toasty, which I think was an anomaly.

I stayed at the property for a week with my parents and 7 year old daughter. We had a great time and were very happy with the property. It was well stocked and in a great location. Very close to StoryLand and not too bad of a ride to Santa’s Village. Robin was great and reached out to me prior to check in but the week went so well I had no need to contact her during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at this property and the place is great! Plenty of room for my family of 8. Well supplied kitchen and linens. An added bonus is the river just steps away!! We certainly stay there again!!

Our nuclear family stayed here with an uncle and grandfather and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The condo was clean, in a great location and well stocked with everything you need. The river just across the street is a wonderful bonus and the location can't be beat! Thanks for a great stay!

The rental had everything one could need and is in a great location situated between Cranmore and Attitash. Also very close to all the attractions Conway has to offer. Robin is very easy to get a hold of and is super helpful. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Came back again for a weeklong stay. The condo was in great condition and well stocked with anything we needed. The kids enjoyed the numerous board games. The location was great for skiing at Cranmore, tubing at Great Glen, and snowshoeing at Believe in Books trail system. And enjoyed family movies by the fire. Can't wait to get back again.

We had a fantastic weekend stay here! The condo setup was perfect for our group. We loved the large family room and kitchen table space. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed - spices, pots/pans, dishes, etc. What a great location to be in. Very close to Attitash and several restaurants and shops in North Conway too. The host is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time over a long weekend stay. The townhouse/condo was very clean and the set up was perfect. I will say the pictures on the site were accurate but in person the home exceeded our expectations. The home owners were very responsive to our needs and overall the booking, address/home access information and general check in and check out home instructions were either effortless and/or easy to follow. We would absolutely come back again and possibly come with family or friends as the home set up (bed room, bath room location) is perfect!

Our time here was great! There were 4 adults 4 children plenty of space for everybody! The small path to the river was pretty cool. Very close to town center of North Conway too! This was really the perfect COVID getaway. We are already planning for next year! Thanks Robin!

The area is nicely located across from the river for s'mores by the fire. The condo itself is decorated nicely and had everything we needed. We experienced a storm and the property manager quickly addressed the tree issues that occurred. The only negative was that the basement was musty and you have to keep the dehumidifier running which adds a bit of noise and heat so the downstairs sleeping comfort suffered a bit.

We couldn't be happier with our experience. Very clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and they provide linens and towels. Our four kids loved having their own space in the basement with tons of board games to choose from. We loved walking a few steps to east branch river to enjoy our coffee. Communication was easy. We would absolutely come back!

We had a fantastic winter weekend at Robin and Cal’s condo. It’s perfectly located for skiing several mountains, for great nearby hikes, and for access to town and shopping. The space was ideal for our two small families - both spacious and cozy (the kids especially loved having their own room and their own space for movie night!). Though we didn’t do much cooking on this particular trip, the kitchen was well-equipped and the unit in general has everything you could need. The owners were responsive and a pleasure to work with. We hope to return soon!

This was much better in person than in the pictures. A great fire place, lots of room, clean, close to skiing, restaurants, etc. and with everything you need - cooking tools, towels, etc. It was also decorated very nicely with a cabin theme throughout.

The home was clean, inviting and tremendously well stocked with ANYTHING you might need! It was comfortable and geared warmly towards families. We played games every night - enjoyed the “steps away “ river where we sat and had morning coffee, and enjoyed the beautiful foliage and peaceful, private atmosphere. We will definitely go back!👍🏻
