Questo moderno, spazioso appartamento si trova direttamente sulla bellissima spiaggia di Hoopers Bay - considerata come la più bella spiaggia di rimanere in Exuma..Just pochi passi attraverso il giardino tropicale è l'1/2 miglia (1 Km) lunga spiaggia di sabbia sicuro e tranquillo che è protetta dai venti dominanti quindi gli ospiti possono godere di nuoto, guardando il tartarughe, kayak (e questi sono inclusi) lo snorkeling o semplicemente per rilassarsi all'ombra delle palme da cocco!
L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere e si affaccia sul mare con una grande veranda coperta con tavoli e sedie per i pasti o del relax. Una cucina completa, ampio salone (con TV via cavo) e WiFi a banda larga garantisce il massimo comfort per i nostri ospiti, mentre la camera da letto può essere un re, o la regina con Letti in base alle esigenze.
Molto convenientemente situato sull'isola come a soli 10 minuti dall'aeroporto ea 6 minuti dal Georgetown della capitale, e con un numero di negozi locali un facile 5 minuti a piedi
In volo verso Georgetown, Exuma (codice GGT) è semplice, con voli diretti su AA da Miami e Regno da Fort Lauderdale e Delta da Atlanta e Toronto con Air Canada. Da Nassau vi sono diversi voli al giorno su entrambe le Bahamas Sky o Bahamasair che dura circa 35 minuti.
Gli ospiti sono accolti all'aeroporto dal nostro autista di taxi dedicata e sarete accolti da noi al Coral Sands come si vive solo una breve distanza e quindi a disposizione per aiutare gli ospiti quando necessario per organizzare attività o consigliare ristoranti, ecc

This property was about 7 miles from the airport and 5 miles from Georgetown right on Hopper’s Bay Beach. The large deck overlooking immaculate gardens and the turquoise water was the star of this property along with the on site owners Peter and Betty who made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. They left fresh bananas for us that Peter had just picked from the garden. What a special treat. We rented(highly recommend) a jeep for the week and a boat for 4 days. There are mooring bouys where you can keep your boat. Unfortunately, we rented from a place that required a return daily. Will definitely stay at this property again and maybe rent from another that will let us keep our boat. On our beach days, many times it was just us and other times just a handful of other people. We found great food on Exuma which was a pleasant surprise. We Highly recommend Blu on the water by car or boat. Salt was a lovely new restaurant. The people are all so nice everywhere you go! Exuma and Coral Sands will definitely be pulling us back!!!

Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts! They were very responsive to our needs, made all arrangements for getting to and from the airport plus rented us a car. Will stay with them again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Coral Sands. The apartment is really nice, but the view and private beach will really take your breath away! You can walk right down to the beach of Hooper’s Bay, which is home to green sea turtles. We got to snorkel with them!
Peter and Betty are outstanding hosts. Peter gave us all of the insider tips for having a great vacation. He gave us maps showing us the local restaurants, shops and snorkel spots. They have a car available for rent at a very reasonable rate. One night we left the lights on at a restaurant and drained the battery. Peter came to our rescue with a jump start which we are extremely grateful for! It’s things like this that make Coral Sands the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at.
In conclusion, we enthusiastically recommend Corsl Sands!

The property is well built and well maintained. I would venture a guess that it may be among the most structurally sound buildings on the island which is important when the island is in the potential path of a tropical storm which was the case during our recent visit. That said we also felt very safe here in other ways. The owners live on site and are very helpful. The apartment itself was very comfortable and we had everything we needed in terms of facilities, internet, kitchen equipment to make our stay relaxing. The split AC units provided precise control of temperature in each living space and made it very comfortable. The king size bed in particular was very good and we had perhaps our best night sleep in months there. We spent most of our time during the day in the water or on the beach and used to kayaks everyday to paddle around the perimeter of the bay. The owners Peter and Betty are very helpful and knowledgeable members of the community and provided us with lots of helpful information on restaurants, boat rentals etc. This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had because they made sure we had every thing we needed to relax especially peace of mind. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to secure a spot at this facility every year going forward we cant wait to go back.
