Fantastic place in a perfect localization.
Apartment was clean, well equipped.
I definitely recommend it!
Beds were very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on the floor.
Yard was untidy, with tools left around. Grill was dirty, not ready for use.
We missed a vacuum cleaner in the apartment.
We struggled to communicate with the owner to find out where the key is.

Great location for the beach and visiting Nin's centre.
Excellent air con and very clean all through the apartment when we arrived.
Lots of space in the living room and bedrooms and good facilities in the bathroom and kitchen.
An additional pillow and more solid pillows, but the beds and sofa bed were very comfy.
A hoover or larger brush and dustpan so help clear some of the sand away when returning from the beach.

Great location between the beach and Nin old town. Apartment was modern, clean and fully equipped. The sunset views from the terrace were amazing and the hot tube was a nice touch. The check in experience was good, the apartment was ready when we arrived.
Although overall experience was good, there are few things that in our opinion could be improved.The bed mattresses were a bit too hard and the coffee machine didn't work properly. The hot tube was tripping the fuse, we could have only one pump on at the time. There was no shade in the terrace ie. parasol. There was a lack of attention to detail in terms of the apartment and terrace decor.

Location is just perfect, the beach and the old town is in short walking distance.

This is the best location in Nin as it is halfway beteen the beach and the old town. The apartment is big and comfortable, we felt good there with two young children.
The apartment could be improved by paying even more attention to details. For example, some racks could be added near the entrance, for clothes and bags.

Apartment close to the beach and city center. Enough space for family with 2 kids. AC is in living room and that is egough. Parking is available.

In this accommodation we were in 2018 in a apartment with children two children (2y and 0,5y) and I gave him a rating of 9.8.
This year a very bad choice (with three children, 6y,4y, 0,5y), because the apartment was dirty, air conditioning did not work properly (after reporting, no solution), basic kitchen equipment (there were no kitchen towels, garbage bags, etc.), many roads under reconstruction in whole city (lots of dust).
On the 6th day all day excavator with a truck near the apartment and then dug a dangerous pit for children

Appartment on the ground floor with patio, grill and little garden. Very convenient access with everything you need to carry to and from the beach. Nice new appartment with everything you need, including washing machine and dish washer. Walking distance to the beach. The host was always very helpful.
Some shelf would be usefull in the bathroom and pins for towels near the shower, but it´s minor things and we were extremely happy with the place overall.

Location is the best - it is between the beach and the center of the town (restaurants, shops). The apartment has a pleasant, modern design. It was ideal with children with two bedrooms, a terrace and a little patio. We saved a lot of time with the coffee machine, dishwasher and the washing machine.
There was a lack of attention for details. When we arrived, we had no bin bags in the trash bins. The mosquito net was a bit broken but still usable - in time it became less and less usable (...and there really were mosquitos). A rack for clothes would have been useful near the entrance. I consider that microwave ovens, hairdryers or toasters are something default in apartments like this but we did not have them.

We liked accomodation a lot. We found every equipment we needed there. Groundfloor appartment with gril offered extra space for children. We used it every.

We like the location, it is realy close to the beach and the city centre too. Host was also very responsive and try to solve our requests.
We had problem with the ants in the kitchen and also in bed. I missed also some cleaning stuff to clean a little as we had a sand everywhere. It would be great to have a vacume cleaner instead of TV :)

Perfect localization, beach is just perfect to kids - shallow water, sand and no waves. Owner gave us key faster than 2 pm and let us to be there a bit longer on day of leaving (to 5 pm). Apartament have everything what we needed.
