Quattro grandi BR / 3 bagni completi e 1 bagno di servizio con accesso diretto a 2 affascinanti portici schermati (1 ° e 2 ° piano), sul retro della casa. Rimodellare assolutamente sbalorditivo! Non appena si entra dalla porta principale, si viene accolti da un'atmosfera luminosa e accogliente che continua in questa deliziosa casa. La zona giorno principale è pronta per sederti e soffermarti mentre ti godi la vita facile sull'isola di Seabrook. L'open space integra tutti nel divertimento delle vacanze. La cucina personalizzata è pronta per le tue ricette preferite. Cenare al tavolo con posti a sedere per 8 più 3 sgabelli da bar. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size si trova appena fuori dalla cucina. C'è una camera per gli ospiti al primo piano con 2 letti queen size e bagno privato. This house is well situated with a short walk down boardwalk #5 to the beach, and within easy walking distance to the Pelican’s Nest and Beach Club pool. The house more than met our needs. But the most impressive thing is how the management handles problems. We encountered two issues - neither of which was the fault of the property management:
1) the previous guests left unbagged trash (raw meat) in the trash cans which caused a foul smell and maggots to take over the outdoor trash can. Once notified, management sent someone to clean it ASAP.
2) later in the week a water main break in the neighborhood left us without water for several hours during the pre-dinner shower hours. Management went so far as to offer us another place to shower, which we thought was super nice.
Moral of this review: You can book with confidence.

Great place to stay to be with family.
We really enjoyed this house as we brought three generations together to stay together. It was well furnished and equipped for us to do several meals in for our large group.

We were very happy to find the property exactly as described. It was perfect for our family - the first floor was a perfect gathering space AND everyone had their own space to which they could retreat and recharge. Everything we needed was there, including bikes for the beach!

Our extended family enjoyed 3 different properties on Seabrook for our holiday and were fortunate enough to all gather together for meals and family time. From my 91 year old grandfather to my 10 month old son, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ease of the attached boardwalk, the well-appointed kitchen, the double screened porches - amazing! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms gorgeous! Everything we needed was right there!

Our extended family enjoyed 3 different properties on Seabrook for our holiday and were fortunate enough to all gather together for meals and family time. From my 91 year old grandfather to my 10 month old son, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ease of the attached boardwalk, the well-appointed kitchen, the double screened porches - amazing! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms gorgeous! Everything we needed was right there!

Beautiful home, Great location
Had a great vacation at this beautiful home on Bonita Ct! The location is probably one of the best things about this home - right on Boardwalk 5 and in just a couple minutes, you’re at the beach! It’s also just a short bike ride to the pools and restaurant/cafe! We loved biking around the island everyday - it’s a very peaceful neighborhood. There are four bikes in the garage (adult or teen size) - we rented some not knowing from seaside cycles and they were great! The beach was not crowded at all during our week in August - we had it mostly to ourselves! The house had been fully updated - beautiful kitchen, dining, and family rooms with everything you need at your fingertips! The bedrooms and bathes were also beautifully decorated and clean. We had only 4 in our party, but you could easily sleep 7 or 8. Nancy was a fabulous host, with prompt communication and attention!

Great family beach house!
We had a wonderful time at this lovely beach home! Plenty of space for 2 families to spread out. The 2 screened porches were our favorite place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. It was clean and well appointed with all of the necessary items. It is a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was very kid friendly. We definitely hope to stay there again!

From first walking into the home, it did not feel like a rental. It was so warm and welcoming . You were living in someones upscale home. It was very luxurious. It was designed and decorated very comfortably. It has a dream kitchen and laundry with top of the line appliances. Kitchen extremely will stocked. Only complaint out gourmet cook could not find a large cutting board, inside oven rack was broken so food came forward when door opened. Front door was a little challenging to lock from outside but that might have been us. Thank you for sharing your amazing home to make a wonderful family vacation.
