Lovely clean, spacious, well equipped flat. Easy 5 minute walk to Tube station. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing it was all good. It is on a busy road, but it’s London, so we expected some noise.

Great location, good communication by hosts. This booking was actually for guests visiting me, all comments were positive, they were appreciative of the location, the layout and the outlook. Washing could dry overnight in the lounge, and while sunny during the day the bedroom didn't get too hot. Bus stop directly outside, to useful bus routes. Tube in easy walk. Great cafes around the corner.

A couple of lamps didn't work, the hosts will fix. And my friends couldn't figure out the sofa bed, to find the blanket inside it (the duvet was too hot). Minor in the scheme of things.

If you’re looking for accommodation other than a hotel, you can stop searching—you won’t find better than this. We stayed in Flat 2 upstairs, which is spacious, spotless clean, and fully equipped with a complete kitchen, all appliances including a washing machine. The sofa/double bed was so comfortable you’d forget it wasn’t a real bed. The internet was fast, toiletries were provided, and we were even welcomed with some biscuits. Great location in Zone 3, with everything you need within a short walking distance, including a shopping center. The tube station is just a 3-minute walk, bus stop at the door, about 25 minutes on the tube to Kings Cross/St. Pancras, and roughly 40 minutes or less to Piccadilly Circus. Last but not least, Jubed was an incredible host. We didn’t meet in person, but he ensured everything was perfect and provided more than we needed. You can tell how much care he puts into welcoming guests—it truly felt like a home away from home.

The host was very responsive and the heck in process was seamless and hassle free

The outdoor light in the back garden is motion activated and is a bit annoying as you have to constantly move around to keep it lit. Replacing it with a normal light fixture will be helpful.
