The bathroom was clean.
No towel provided. My heater not working.

We arrived and left out of office hours. Communication was good and we knew exactly where to find our keys and map to our cabin.
The cabin was clean and spacious.
Unfortunately we weren't left with extra toilet paper (only the one roll on the rollholder). We did not see staff at all during our stay (we were in Roturua for a sports event which started early and ended late) we did not want to bother phoning after hours for that. .
We were able to get the code for the ablution block door and took some toilet paper from there, so not a big issue but perhaos something to raise with the people who service the cabins - especially given that the amount of people staying in the cabins are known..

The TV wasn't a smart TV so had to watch Netflix on my phone

Location.
We had to wash all of the cutlery, plates, cups, and pans before we could use them.
The frying pan was so bad that we bought one so we could cook food.
There were two electrical switches (one of which was in the bathroom) that were damaged.
The cabinets in the bathroom were badly water damaged.
The electrical hotplate was the type that had exposed heating elements on the top. Not family friendly, and not very good for cooking with.
There may have been better cabins on the site. But ours wasn’t one of them.
