We never did stay at this property! Upon entering for our one-week stay, the cobwebs, spiders and flies in them and general uncleaness made it impossible to stay there. We therefore were forced to find other lodging for that first night as well as the following six days. We have contacted you multiple times (four) and provided you with all the documentation that was requested (including the nine pictures that we took) without any response at all from you, even though promised. PLEASE RESPOND RESPONSIBLY WITH AN ACCEPTIBLE RESOLUTION AS WAS PROMISED!!!!

This is a very nice location. Very close to many amenities, beaches, musiums, restaurants, etc .
I definitely would rent again and I will recommend this home to my friends and family. The house was nice and clean, warmly decorated and if course had good quality linens.

House is located on a quiet dead end with privacy from neighbors, easy to just let the kids go out and play in the mornings. Located very close to camp ground beach which is perfect for little ones, especially at low tide. Easy access to the Fairview and rt 6.
Loved that the house was stocked with garbage bags, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, a d keurig coffee cups. Not needing to purchase these was a huge plus. Also has a pretty well stock kitchen supplies and linens.
My family of 5 stayed here very comfortably and could have easily had one or 2 more people (loft and sofa bed in the “family” room.)

This house was absolutely wonderful. It's layout was perfect for our family. My family of four utilized the upstairs bedrooms while my parents had some privacy downstairs in their room. The house is on a quiet, quaint street that is an easy bike ride to the bay. It comes with every amenity needed - including tons of puzzles, games, a full stocked kitchen, towels, and more. We had a wonderful stay here, and we highly recommend this property!

It's exactly as pictured with a few upgrades. Newly sided blue and landscaping really make it look more like a home than just a rental property. It has a very secluded large back yard. This time the place was spotless! It was full of cobwebs last time and lots of extra stuff that kinda got in the way. It's now neat and very tidy. We did notice the lack of dehumidifiers as the house really does get a musty smell if the windows and doors are closed. I'm kinda being picky here because the place really is perfect for our family. A queen and a king gives each couple a master and there's plenty of extra beds for kids. Adirondack chairs were added around the very cool fire pit. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and I hope we can in the future!

We loved this house! the owner definitely has very good taste in decoration too! This house is perfect for a family, its got everything you need, pots and pans, fire pit in the back and even a super nice Weber grill to use! the only reason I took a star away is because I felt this home could use some total cleaning, there were dust in corners of the walls/ceilings, and spiders/spider webs everywhere. But as a family with 2 young boys, those things didn't bother us, but I can see it might be a problem for some peoples. Owner was also very quick in responding msg and was always available! Overall, I'm satisfied with the stay and would recommend it to others.

The house and location were excellent. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Almost everything is provided for your use. Beaches are very close by. There are also several restaurants in the area. Overall, we had a great trip and are thinking of coming back next year!

Property was perfect. Clean, well located and well equipped.
Bret maintains a wonderful property. It is close to highway 6 and is central on cape so you can easily head north to Provincetown or west to Orleans and Chatham. The house itself is spacious and has all the comforts of home. It is clean and is well maintained ready for you to visit and make some family memories. Bret cares and you can see it in the property and how he respects his guests. Will be back again next year.

Outstanding stay!
The house was beautiful. We loved the secluded neighborhood and the decor of the interior. The house was just a quick ride to either the main road or to the bay. It was a perfect fit for our family getaway of six adults. The house was very well maintained and stocked with towels, supplies, and lots of other extra amenities that it made it worth the price. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. If anyone enjoys peace and quiet in a comfortable home with a reliable owner, look no further. Looking forward to staying there again!

Great Location!
This house was perfect for our stay. It's down a nice, quiet road with very little traffic. The house had everything we needed - towels, linens, board games, beach chairs, sand toys, BBQ, and a cooler we could use. We loved the location - close to the east side and the surf; close to the west side and the sunsets and calm waters. We even went to the Wellfleet Drive-In movie theater, which was 5 minutes from the house! The kids loved watching Goonies!
Bret was very nice and easy to work with. We definitely recommend this place. Thanks for the great stay!

Relaxing Vacation
Nice house with plenty of space. A/C in all the bedrooms. Chairs and boogey boards for the beach in the basement (along with a cooler). Nice, well kept grill in the backyard (with tank fill up paid for, courtesy of the owner). There was a Keurig in the kitchen for the coffee drinkers. Nice washer and dryer in the basement as well.
About a 10-15 minute walk to campground beach, and located probably less than a 10 minute drive to the beaches on the ocean side.
Quiet neighborhood. But also located right near many restaurants/activities/shops.
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Amazing Cape Vacation Spot!
We spent a week at this well quipped, quaint home in a quiet neighborhood of Eastham and LOVED IT! We were located nearby many of our favorite beaches, easy access to the Harbors to charter fishing boats, shopping in Orleans and even took a day trip to P-town! Hyannnis provided our ONE rainy morning outing with a visit to the Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory and the kids enjoyed ice cream and mini-golf at Poits and The Big Red Barn! The home was equipped with literally EVERYTHING we needed... It made our vacation relaxing and comfortable! We can't wait to return! Thanks Bret for sharing your wonderful home with us!

5 star home close to bay beaches
We spent 2 weeks at this lovely home and enjoyed every day of it. Well maintained and very well equipped. It was all we would hope for in a vacation rental and more. The listing description is accurate. Home is on a large lot with a secluded back yard, which is nice to enjoy the BBQ, the fire pit and the well furnished deck. Owner was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Home is close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, bike trail and ocean seashore. One minor thing to be aware of is the side road that leads to the street the house is on is dirt and has some potholes but is short. The street the house is on is paved and very quiet. We would happily recommend this property.

Amazing location
The house was spotless and had everything my family needed for the week. Plenty of towels and beach accessories for everyone!! A nice 10 minute walk will take you right to Campground Beach which is great for kids and also has amazing sunsets!! I would highly recommend this rental - Bret was so accommodating and helpful!! What a great vacation!!!

Perfect vacation getaway
This was the perfect vacation rental. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived and walked in and saw how nicely decorated this home was. We felt like we were home. The beds were extremely comfortable. The. Walk to the beach was reasonable or we could drive there in 5 minutes. Our grandchildren loved the fact that there was a Wii set up. They had a blast playing the games and so didn't their parents. We didn't need to bring sheets, towels or beach towels, they were provided. This provided a wonderful family vacation. We will be back next year! Thanks Bret for sharing this beautiful space with us.
