This is a great place to stay and have access to the Burlington. A great way to see the islands! Internet is quite slow; so don't plan on any external communication.

The stay was wonderful! Very peaceful, scenic, and tranquil. It was a great experience to see the fall leaves ( since we’re from South of Houston) and beautiful Lake Champlain. Felt like home away from home. Great host as well. I would highly recommend!

The owner was very communicative. Pictures were a bit misleading. Looked like there was a small play area in pics. There was none. Would not recommend bringing young children. Lots of rocks down to water and really no beach area. House was very clean but furnishings very dated, could use an update. Did not realize there would be so many of owner's things in closets, cupboards and refrigerator. Two sets of stairs (kind of rickety) leading to house so older people or anyone with mobility issues would find challenging.

Michele was very responsive. The place is a gem. 2 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, deck overlooking the lake with a grill. Our dogs had a blast swimming in the lake. We will definitely be back!!

This home was the perfect getaway. We were able to get down to Burlington a couple of times during our stay as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Lake Champlain area!

Me, my girlfriend AND 3 dogs loved this place. Very clean and everything you need to feel at home away from home. Great spot. Right across the street is the lake with a nice beach area.

we were not familiar with the area, nothing to do rained the whole time, dryer was inoperative, found out just before we arrived a little annoyed, toilet was leaking continuously, had to shut the door due to noise, deck was rotted noticed right away , and aside from a small umbrella not usable while it was raining,noticed, slipped down the wood steps in the rain, due to bad slant in them, rest of steps to front were rotting into the dirt. but everything had a fresh coat of paint. left the next day, 4 days early. couldn't see ourselves just sitting here watching tv for the next few days. emailed owner 3 times and texted him to explain what happened, no answer to this day. pictures are deceiving, beware!! I still do not understand how this place got 4.5 stars. amazing.

Nice place and definitely not close to anything. We loved our time. Was much further from things than we realized. But beautiful we eventually embraced it. Even saw an awesome rainbow over the lake.

The house was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend and our cat. The only thing is that it does tend to be very dry in the house in the winter especially if you are using the fireplace. Not a big problem just something we noticed. Maybe bring your own humidifier. Everything and host were awesome!

The property and the area are gorgeous at this time of year (fall season). The property was accurately listed, very clean, and the front deck with the big table was great. There was rarely any traffic passing by so the lake being across the street was no issue at all. Beautiful views from the house and around the area. The property owner was very responsive whenever I had questions.

This is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Champlain. Plenty of room to fly fish off the pier, a very nice deck for outdoor/waterview dining and a very nice area across the road comfortable seating o read a book and have a cocktail or two. The owners deliver what the photos promise. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Excellent location! The little private beach and doc across the street were wonderful for making fires for s’mores and relaxing beside the lake. We rented kayaks for the week and they were able to stay on the beach all week too. The house is very cozy and you can’t beat the view from the porch. Communication with the owner was great, they were responsive and very helpful! We hope to come back again!

A wonderful little lakeside house with a beautiful view. Very remote and quiet, with all of the amenities, a large kitchen, and ample space for up to four. Service can be spotty in the area, so would not recommend as a work remote location, but for a vacation, it was perfect! The host was very communicative and helpful, and we had a lovely visit overall, exploring the Lake Champlain islands and driving (about an hour) to Burlington!

We had a great family stay at Club Mimi. The home is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped - appreciate all the kitchen gadgets, washer-dryer, Roku TV with Netflix, gas grill, etc. The setting and view are lovely. I’m not sure we were prepared for how much driving we’d have to do to get to Burlington or some of the other places we wanted to visit, but that’s on us. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet family getaway.

This was a wonderful place for a long weekend with my kids. The location was perfect. Michele was a wonderful host. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was a great option for cooking. The only minor complaint we had were the shower was difficult to use.

My family was looking for a place on Lake Champlain to extend our Vermont vacation. The house and location worked out great for us. We would consider returning.

This spacious, clean and airy home has a fantastic view of Lake Champlain and easy access to the water. Nice drive to Burlington and island stores and restaurants. We had a relaxing, great time!

The house is in an excellent location right in the passage! Neighbors are friendly and I was able to park a bass boat and full sized pickup without issue. Would definitely rent again.

Frosty MLK ice fishing weekend. Property was a great home base for our fishing exploits. It is great to have a fully functional kitchen to prep meals after long cold days on the ice. Would definitely stay here again if back up in the area. Michelle was great to deal with.

The best about this house is its location and the porch. We couldn’t get tired of watching the lake and spent most of our time in the house in that porch. The house could use some updating, especially the kitchen and the carpets.

We rented this property for a family of three. There's a rock beach just across the street with a nice grass sitting area and dock adjacent to it. My daughter enjoyed the occasional frog that showed up on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, silverware, and a 5 burner stove. A bonus surprise was the Roku TV which meant my daughter got to watch all of her favorite shows on Netflix. We could get to Burlington in about an hour and there was a sand beach at Alburg Dunes less than 10 minutes away. The beds were a little hard, but that's really our only complaint and it's minor. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to get there again!
