We had a wonderful stay at Chiara’s house! The location was perfect for us, in Campo Sant’Alvise, a lovely and peaceful neighborhood away from the busiest tourist areas, yet still within easy reach of everything. The vaporetto stop is only a five-minute walk away, and Rialto Bridge is about 20 minutes on foot. Chiara was a fantastic host. Her instructions on how to get to the house from the airport were extremely clear and helpful, and she was there to welcome us when we arrived. She was warm, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The house itself was spacious, fully equipped, and had a warm and cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home. The rooms were large, the beds very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is also a very good supermarket just five minutes away, as well as plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, which was really convenient. The only minor downside was that the air-conditioning units were a little noisy. Also, it is worth keeping in mind that there is no elevator, so the property may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed both the house and the area and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Chiara, for making our stay in Venice so enjoyable!

We liked the location in an old neighbourhood, quiet and facing a small square. Our apartment was excellent, spacious, cool and airy, well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. We felt welcome in what felt like being at home. We were met by Chiara, the pleasant and helpful host.

Very little could be improved. However, it should be noticed that it is on the second floor, does not have a balcony and is quite a walk from the centre of Venice (although a waterbus stop about 5-10 minute walk away). These factors wouldn't put us off from visiting again.
