In a key box and no hassle
When we opened the main front door a very strong smell of cooking coming from one of the lower floor apartments
that was quite overbearing and had to hold the door open for several minuets before we could enter to go up the stairs. Once in the apartment and opened all the windows the smell wasn't as bad. also whilst opening the main bedroom blinds the whole unit fell off hitting me on the head, luckily i wasn't looking up so only a small lump and no major injury. This had been damaged before our check in and hadn't been fixed. Also under the bed was a pair of used panties a pair of socks and one ladies shoe. So room hadn't been cleaned properly prior to our check-in. Nice apartment that with a little tlc would make a huge improvement. Ripped Couch, TV didn't have a signal to watch live terrestrial only catch-up on most channels via the internet. Overall well equipped apartment and spacious ideal for visiting couples

Close to the Train station, hospital and St. Stephen’s shopping centre. Lots of food places closeby too. The flat looks exactly the same as pictures and is very nice.

House was spotless upon arrival.

Keys were easy to access in a coded box. Hosts were very quick to respond to a request for the Wifi code. The property was clean. The towels were luxurious. It was good to have a dishwasher. Having 2 shower rooms was great.
The property definitely needed some decorating work which would make it more comfortable. In the master bedroom the bedside table was placed in a corner (it wouldn't fit next to the head of the bed). It made it difficult to walk around the bed and it would be better without it Also, there was no blind in the master which meant there was no privacy and it was light very early in the morning. There was a big hole in the sofa. We stayed in the 3 bedroom and booked for 5 people but there were only 4 chairs and they were not in good condition.

I liked the cleanliness. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and there was sufficient kitchen equipment to prepare a meal. It was nice to have a dining table and two chairs.
The front door needs a more obvious number on it to help locate the property, and I needed to get advice about where to park. I so wished a j cloth or similar was provided to help with washing up/cleaning work surfaces. I'm sure rapid attention will be given to the lack of hot water on my final day. The bed was comfortable, but the two tired pillows were barely adequate for me travelling alone.

The location looked rough. The rugs were stained on the staircase and the entrance looked like an abandoned property

Nice comfortable flat. It was warm, nicely decorated, and really spacious. The beds were nice and firm, and the kitchen was very well-provisoned. We'd definitely stay again. The host was very responsive and helpful.
Very little to dislike. There was some mild damp in one of the bedrooms that might want looking at, and it would have been nice to have had 3 sets of towels rather than 2 (given that it's three beds).

Everything. Not a nice locations, mold on walls, cracks and damp, dirty furniture. I decided I couldn't stay here and booked into a hotel as I was travelling alone and didn't feel safe nor did it even slightly meet my expectations, nor the photos etc that are listed on Booking.com. I definitely would NOT recommend.

The property was located well for the purpose of the visit. 10 minutes from one training centre and 20 minutes form the other. The property was comfortable enough, ideal for workers or for quick stays.
We reported the shower as you were either scalded or cold shock therapy, no middle ground, however there was a 2nd shower in one of the rooms which was fine. The apartment really needed a bit of a clean, as one of the rooms still had some of the previous occupants belongings in one of the drawers. Overall the apartment was fit for what we needed it for, could be down with a freshen up in the rooms and also a real good clean

The host is responsive and had granted our request for the flat on the ground floor. Mack the caretaker has always been quite mindful of any request or observed malfunction that has been reported to set it right. Mack is quite responsible in soliciting customer feedback and has total empathy.
There is nothing not to like but only if all tenants at the property could show the same level of security mindedness and consideration to the others it would help greatly. There are ample notices posted around the property and possibly needs to be reinforced differently.

This property was not a happy stay. I have attempted to message the property more than once to discuss/highlight the issues.
The mattress' on the beds were so old they dipped in the middle & were extremely uncomfortable, there were numerous hairs within the bed & bed covers had stains on them. Disgusting.
The fire panel in the corridor, outside the flat, had a fault on it & constantly beeped - which could be hear throughout the building/flat. Again, I attempted to contact the property about thisthe day we arrived & got no response. The flat opposite us stated they had the same experience.
Awful experience.
Cupboard doors were hanging off.
Paint was peeling away from the ceiling.
There's barely enough room around the beds to walk around.

The kitchen was equipped
No shower door on one shower, and the shower door on the other shower was off the bottom runner. The water in the shower was scalding hot, couldn't turn it down so couldn't have got a shower anyway!
Radiator in bedroom not working...it was freezing.
Pillows flat as pancakes.

Everything, an exceptionally graceful host. perfect for family. This property is a life saver during our property hunting days. Thank you. This property comes extremely recommended.

At last minute I was told that the flat changed to bigger one. It was in top floor with too many stairs. My doctor prohibited me to use stairs. Property manager did not even ask my consent for the change.
One of the room was completely uncleaned. Beddings were spread around on the floor.
I reported to manager but rather than she takes action she relied on cleaner writing as they did not take responsibility. Photos are available.
Shower head was broken making difficult for taking a relaxed shower. Was not even good for a normal shower.

Location, comfortable bed.Towels provided and managed to get off street parking.Also felt secure.We enjoyed are time in Hull went to the fair..The rooms were big enough and had 2 bathrooms, and was clean
Was advised evening entertainment ,children play area and 24 hr reception. None of these were available. You could phone to speak to the owner..There is a book which explains about charges if anything gets damaged, which we were concerned about as there were items already damaged, or missing But we got intouch with the owners. Who were OK with us as they already new about the items.Was going to send a handy man but we weren't too bothered .

The location was great.
The place was a little worn and run down. Definitely needs a deep clean especially in the bathroom. The tv doesn’t work and there is a musty smelly as soon as you walk in. I am familiar with the area so I wasn’t so put off by having to walk round the back of the building to get to the studio at night, however, I can see why others don’t like it.
