We rented this home because of proximity to Westminster Memorial park as we had family business there. This home was a great location for visiting many Orange County places.

Stayed there with extended family for a trip to Disneyland. Great location and distance to the park. About 18 min to the park. Be careful of the floors when wet they are super slick. Could use some more paper towels and other supplies. Other than that it was great for por needs.

Overall this was a fine place and I had no real concerns with anything. We didn't spend a lot here, it was basically a place to sleep, eat breakfast we were back late most nights and getting the kids into bed. The home overall was smaller than I realized from the listing but it wasn't a big deal, we didn't need a large space. The neighbourhood was quiet and no concerns there. It's in the middle of a fully residential neighbourhood so don't plan on walking to a coffee shop or anything like that. It was a good 20 minute drive to Disneyland taking the city streets and staying off the freeway so you will need a vehicle for sure if you're staying here for any activities. The price was right, I never met the host but they were responsive on email and everything worked out well. If you're a family coming for a Disney visit or something else and you want a quiet place to be able to come back to that is certainly more affordable than the hotels, this was a good option.

Immaculately clean home with all the amenities needed. 10/10 recommend. The only feedback is to include some lamps as the fluorescent overhead lighting is too much. Otherwise very pleased with everything.

Great place to stay, convenient location, beautiful home with many provided home essentials (Toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent). We had 6 people in our group and we were very comfortable! We would definitely book again.

Like the title says, it was a short 10-15 min drive to the beach and 15-20 min to Disneyland. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely (and may) stay here again in the future.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was excellent and our one request was taken care of within 30 minutes. Bonus was the lovely, quiet neighborhood and great central location for activities in the area.

Very nice stay. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was great.

The house was cleaned and as pictured. Check-in process was smooth. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to run and walk around. Approximately 0.8 mile from Phuoc Loc Tho and driving distance to many attractions. We appreciate that host provided laundry detergent and shampoo/condition! less packing for our suitcases. Host was responsive. Would love to stay there again in the future.

The home itself is very nice. One of the bedrooms it most definitely should have, is a dresser. There is plenty of room for it and it would not cost much. One of the reasons why we stayed here again is because it's quiet. It's centrally located to lots of places and it's approx. 20min. to Anaheim area when going to Disneyland and other theme parks. There also is Kip Barry's Magic Show, Medieval Times, Pirate Adventures, etc. If you want a break from the theme parks and go to the ocean, Huntington Beach is a great place to go with stores and restaurants. Between Anaheim and Huntington Beach there are tons and tons of restaurants and stores.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. Check in was hard because we were given the wrong code. We had to call the manager and it took about a half hour for them to get us the right code (after a 12+ hour drive). The place was spacious and well maintained. There were some bodily fluid stains on the bedding in the master and we went to buy our own instead. It was gross. The location was really nice for Disneyland. Just a few minute drive. Bathrooms were clean and we had everything else we needed.

The photos of the house are exact. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week there and we will be back!

The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is very modern with a large kitchen and large living room. In Oct. 2021 and again these past 10 days, the bedroom I stayed in had a tiny table (no drawers) and there was no dresser to put things in. There is absolutely plenty of room for a dresser.

We stayed 4 nights. The property was spotless. Lots of space.The owner was responsive to the couple of questions we had. Great location for Disneyland without paying thru the roof.

Other than the wrong code for front door it was a smooth stay. The beds are very stiff and I wish there were more blankets and throws for couches. House is clean and nicely updated throughout.

We would stay here again. It was so close to Disneyland, beaches, The 405 freeway. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. It would be good if the kitchen had more cooking utensils and also watch out for the very hot water if you have little ones. But good spot.

Everything was great. I had to contact the host a couple times and her response was immediate. The house was clean and in a safe neighborhood. The listing photos represent the inside pretty accurately. It was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Pros- Super clean and comfortable. Lots of small appliances. We enjoyed the coffee maker and electric kettle and provided cookware. Only a 20 minute drive to Toy Story parking lot (Disneyland). They also provided shampoo and body wash. Cons- The beds were a little firm for my taste and the pillows were squishy. Only one extra blanket in the house, not great when some people like to sleep with the AC on and others get too cold. There were a few different instructions sheets that were contradictory but it was pretty easy to sort out. The house was super clean and comfy. There were 3 bedrooms, each with it's own queen bed. There was a cute little paved back yard where our almost 2 year old was able to drive his cars and let off some energy. They also had all sorts of small appliances like a blender, coffee pot, electric kettle, rice cooker, and more. We did have a little snag because we were given the wrong entry code, but a quick call to Diane fixed it and we were in the house within a few minutes. Overall, great experience.

After cooking a meal and eating at the dinner table I like to wipe down the area and sanitize. There was no type of cleaning solution in the house to do so. I text the owner, didn't get a reply. So after an hour I called. She said they don't use products on the counters or tables. She said i could use use water to clean up or put soap on the cloth and clean the counters that way. I asked her what they do between guest, she said the maid service has their own products. I feel like some sort of cleaning solution(something meant for that type of counter) should be supplied for guests to wipe down. 2. The beds, not really queens. The beds are so stiff and uncomfortable. Maybe add a topper with cushion, nothing sucks more than going on vacation and getting a bad nights sleep. At home we sleep on a tuft & needle, they are on the firmer side. But the beds in this house are so flat and hard. The blanket situation..there was a cold front while we were there and the house got super cold. We don't like sleeping with the heater on because then the house gets too hot in the middle of the night. The blankets on all the beds were so thin. So it was just a sheet and thin blanket. Made for a cold night. Maybe upgrade the bedding or have some extra available. 3. The cooking pans stick, so make sure you bring cooking spray. 4. The toilets omg are so low, perfect for children, not adults. 5. I text the number provided to let them know the ice maker doesn't dispense ice, it makes ice. I didn't get a reply. 6. Suggestions: maybe add a dresser in the 3rd bedroom. The smaller knives really need to be sharpened The house is in a very nice neighborhood and great location. But, i don't think we would stay here again due to the poor quality of the mattresses.

Very clean and nice. The location was perfect for us and the food in the area is some of the best you'll find anywhere :)
