I have stayed in other Pier View units and I will say this one did not disappoint me. The unit is tastefullly decorated and near two piers, which I use to gauge a two mile walk. The wind was blowing hard for most of the week and it rained, but just being at the beach watching the ocean brings me peace! I am a South Nags Head person and I would return to this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay very much at The Paisley Marlin. It was comfortable and welcoming. Everyone slept well and we particularly enjoyed the large sectional for a movie night and the large table for board games! Last but not least, the incredible view from the balcony! Would definitely recommend!!

Unit was clean. Could use some new skillets - couldn't find a decent one to make a grilled cheese sandwich. Used the oven and it smelled heavily of cleaner - set the smoke detector off so I didn't use it anymore after that. Mattress in master bedroom and the twin are both way too soft for my preference and back (but hubby liked the soft mattress in master bedroom) but the full size one was firmer. Has a nice, deep tub in the second bath and a nice walk in shower in the master bath. Unit managers live in complex and were very responsive (needed a light bulb replaced in bathroom). It was nice being able to pull up to the elevator and having a wagon and a cart there to unload your stuff. Easy, quick walk to beach. Overall it was a nice place and we would stay there again.

This the first condo that we've ever stayed at; we usually rent a house. Our knees and hips need replacing, so the elevator was a huge reason to check it out, and boy, were we glad we did! The layout was perfect for the two of us, the kitchen with peninsula was perfect for my cooking and serving, the bed was great, the rear deck had fantastic views and superior quality furniture, but the best feature was the walk-in shower! After our time at the beach, I could not wait to use that shower! I want to build one at my house; it's that wonderful! The only drawback was the lack of a gas stove; I absolutely hate those glass cooktops and electric ovens; they take way too long to heat up and the heating is so imprecise. It must be a code thing. Besides the electric stove gripe, the place is so fantastic that we're signing up for spring next year and trying for two separate weeks, spring and fall, next year! We might have two dogs in the future, but we'll work that out then; Amy has other properties to rent. Plus, Mike and Lisa Nagel were the friendliest caretakers we've met in a long time. See you again soon!

What a beautiful week. We ended up arriving early and Mike and Lisa accommodated us and got us into the unit early. This is a well decorated unit and the host promptly answers any concerns. A must stay.

Enjoyed a February visit with Sunrises and Seventy Degree weather. Empty beach, no crowds nor lines at excellent restaurants. Deck chairs and table allowed morning coffee and time to watch the morning sun rise. New bathroom fixtures, a refreshed and relaxing décor with a kitchen stocked with every need. Wonderful!

The condo was fantastic. The communication between homeowners/ myself was top of the line. Unit was peaceful, spotless, beautifully decorated, close to many restaurants and shopping. We will return.

The property is a very nicely located ocean front building in Nags Head with a much needed elevator. Close to shopping, carryout and restaurants. The sunrises were spectacular. Our only concern was the very small 2nd bedroom with no place to put folded clothes and very few hangers to hang clothes in a closet that was also being used for hot water heater and storage. Basically lived out of suitcases for a whole week. Our second concern was the amount of sand under the beds upon arrival. Other that that the unit was comfortable and view great. And we enjoyed the resturants close by.

The condo was great!! So quiet and close to everything. The elevator was a plus for loading and unloading our bags. It was wonderful to be right on the beach and listen to the waves 24/7. The inside of the condo was nicely furnished and very clean! Can’t wait to stay again.

The building is very old, with lots of rust. I know rust happens at the ocean, but this building needs some renovations. The condo has a great view, and some updates have been done inside. The cleaning was questionable, when I dried the floor in front of the shower the mat was brown from the floor! There were bugs in the patio door track! Response from care taker was slow. We had problems w/TV in living room & master that were never resolved. The TV in the 2nd bedroom worked.

This is our second year in this exact unit. The location is perfect, the condo is comfortable, well maintained, and well appointed. It feels like home when we walk through the door. The larger of the two beds in the smaller bedroom needs a new mattress though, only drawback. The king in the master is incredibly comfortable. We will continue to book this specific unit for our annual OBX trip.

We had a great vacation at this oceanfront condo! The view was amazing! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. The central location made it close to stores and restaurants in the area. Easy check in and check out process. Definitely recommend this condo for families.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed this property. It was well maintained. It was very clean when we got there. It has great views and the beaches were not very busy. We will be renting this property again for sure!

This property was even beyond our expectations!! There was not one thing we didn’t like. The caretakers helped us through with an issue we had with the tv and that was it! Ocean front with best views. We will definitely be back to this location.

We had never been to the Outer Banks and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Ocean view, very modern, clean, comfortable, amazing hosts, and close to everything. We were able to explore the Outer Banks and had the most wonderful three days ever. Thank you for sharing “your paradise” with us.

We couldn't have asked for a better view or place to stay for our weekend getaway after a stressful semester of nursing school. Location was awesome! Definitely will be booking again! Jeanette's pier within view from the balcony, and right on the beach! LOVED every second we were there.

Had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to do and view from the balcony was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and I loved the design of the master bathroom. The only issue was anytime I used the oven and opened the door the smoke alarm would go off but it was easy to stop
