Absolutely love this apartment. Very homey, comfortable and clean and the location was perfect. Above and beyond our expectations!

Just what we needed. Was like a home away from home. We only needed it for one night but was perfect. A peaceful little get away. A little off the beaten path but for us it was perfect. Thank you Amy the little gift of maple syrup was a nice touch and appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and comfortable two bedroom apartment located close to kingdom trails. I enjoyed my stay at the unit. I was a little confused whether or not I would have access to the porch and other amenities. However, the unit is located underneath the house in the basement. It’s very well laid out and comfortable. There are two beds. One is very soft and the other one is pretty firm. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again in the future.

My friends woke up because someone dropped something upstairs but other than that super cute basement apt and lots of thoughtful touches.

Amy is a wonderful host! I was concerned with not being able to bring bikes inside, but relieved when she has a secure storage space for them! Thank you for the syrup!

We had a great stay in Amy & Will’s apartment. It is adorably decorated and very clean. It was a quiet place to stay as well and a great location to be able to attend the Caledonia County Fair with family local to the area. Highly recommend this apartment.

Very clean, perfectly located for Mountain Biking and Host Amy was very welcoming (Didn't get a chance to meet Will). No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely visit again.

Nice accommodations with access to the Kingdom Trails network

This apartment had everything we needed for a weekend of mountain biking. We were happy to have the fire pit available to use. Very close to Kingdom trials and close to town. Very clean, cute decor and comfortable space for 2 couples. Thank you so much!

This property is so beautiful and amazingly peaceful. Im so glad we picked here. Even got some free bottles of maple syrup. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vermont.

We went to East Burke to visit friends for the weekend. This little place was close to our friends, very clean and cozy. We met the owners on our arrival - very nice people! It was the perfect spot for my husband and I and had everything we needed! Thank you, Amy & Will! Would definitely book again when we come up!

Stayed here for an end or April weekend. Great location and fantastic communication. Would happily stay again. The photos and description are accurate and it was a very comfortable place to stay.

Thanks to Amy & Will for providing a fantastic clean, budget friendly accommodation. I came to fat bike and the perfect conditions are finicky. So I was looking for a good value for myself & possibly my son (who couldn’t make it) on the spur of the moment. If things remain the same I’ll definitely be coming back throughout the year on my various trips.

Quiet, well equipped 2 BR lower level apartment

property manager was very rude upon are arrival .. actually did not stay there as planed.

Our second time staying here we love everything about the place comfortable, clean inviting, did I say clean ? Conveniently located to small town and ski trails. We had a car to access town other wise would be a 2 mile walk/bike definitely doable. Would stay again however minor complaint would be the saggy beds and even those weren’t a big game changer just sayin …

Really nice place to stay at East Burke

Amy and Will are truly amazing people! Their property is incredibly clean and well thought out. It is withing very easy driving distance to Burke Mountain and Burke Mountain Academy. The neighborhood provides safe roads for an evening walk and there are many trailheads within a stone throw from the property. We stayed here last year for the first time and I plan to stay here anytime we travel to Burke. The kitchen is small but honestly everything you need to make a decent meal. The owners provide a mini fridge in the apartment and a regular sized refrigerator near the entrance to the apartment (I know that sounds weird, but it really isn't). The beds are very comfy, the wifi signal is strong if you need to do some work, and it truly feels like my little home away from home. Thank you Amy and Will...Hopefully we get to see you for a summer trip soon!

Amy's place was clean, neat, updated and very functional. It was perfect for a small family looking for a place to come back to after spending the day exploring all the outdoor activites the E. Burke area has to offer.

We came late, 10pm. The roads are very dark as it’s northern Vermont and we knew the general area. We arrived to the home and the driveway and house were dark so we were a little hesitant about the proper driveway. But once we drove in we saw guest parking clearly displayed and the instructions to check in were accurate. We loved the quaint feel of this 2 bedroom unit with a small living area that comfortably sat 4 of us. Not to mention the owners are maple farmers who gave us free samples and sold maple syrup by the gallon. The only reason we didn’t buy any was because we were gifted 2 gallons from our family who lives in Vermont, otherwise Will’s syrup was superior. The bathroom was excellent size for an apartment of this size and we had no issues with hot water or pressure. Towels and toiletries were provided for use as well. The only thing I’d like to mention is that if you go to this property as late as we did, please be careful of the driveway. There are natural rain runoff’s on both sides of the driveway and if you were to cut the corner too sharp your car would definitely bottom out. So please use caution if you’re not familiar with unpaved roads.

The location was perfect for our needs.
