Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ein Traum.
Die Matratze war recht hart und die Fenster lassen die Verkehrsgeräusche stark durch. Ich hatte Oropax dabei ;-)

Place is ideal for a short stay beach vacation or business event at Palais des Festivals
View is wonderful. Place is small but cosy.
Immogroom office is 2 min away, so it was easy to get the keys and communicate all questions regarding our stay.
Staff was friendly and have met all our needs and expectations.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but there are no curtains, only roller shutters. At the evening the whole apartment could be viewed from the street
Noisy street and restaurant on the first floor will not let you enjoy the sound of the sea at night, if you count on it.
Cleaning could be better. When you rent a white apartment you expect it to be spotless.
