Very central to historic city centre & walking score 10/10. Room was new & modern and beautifully decorated. Close to restaurants as well.

the position is perfect, close to everything, the bed and pillows super comfortable, the bathroom drain worked perfectly fine, no problems. the cleaning service very efficient, they had umbrellas in the hallway (which can be super useful if it suddenly rains, which rarely happens in Palermo, but it did happen during our stay). also, even though our room had a direct view on Via Maqueda, there was almost no noise at all at night: the room is soundproof

We stayed in Palermo before and realised that the location of this apartment is the best regarding sightseeing/restaurants and bars. Its all on its doorstep. Easy to find if walking from train station, look for a big white building on the left. The entrance is away from the street near a courtyard with a restaurant. We thought overlooking the street would be noisy but it wasn't too bad. It was nice in the late evening to open the window and hear and watch the hustle and bustle from below.
The reception is mainly manned in the morning for check outs/early checks. However while we were out during the day our air conditioning developed a leak. On return in the early evening there was someone there to inform us and the leak was promptly fixed the next day. No inconvenience to us apart from a puddle on the floor of the morning it got fixed.

The location is really in the heart of Palermo, walking distance to every relevant destination. The manager of the place was very helpful in giving us info about the city, special places to eat and have fun, and actively helping us with logistic issues, car rental, etc

Perfect location, right in the main streets from Palermo.
Parking available in the same building with reasonable daily price.
Helpful staff.
Street is very busy at night time and it gets noisy inside the room. Thankfully the noise does not last until too late.
The room is a little bit small.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean.
The team was very helpful with everything we needed and excellent hostes.
We only didn’t like the fact that there is no breakfast at premisses and we had to leave to the nearest bakery to have it. The place is not like a hotel, it was a flat turned into suites as the name says. It is all about the bedroom.

The room was super clean and there is coffee machine and tea provided. The staff were very friendly. Location is also excellent.
Room didn't have a good sound proofing and it was noisy until after midnight.

Location was great with many bars and restaurants right downstairs
Outside however was quity noisy and the place was hot - making the choice between opening the window and keeping the place silent was not easy.

It was a convenient location and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a cafe across the street and various food options all around. The taxi stand is within walking distance and pharmacy not far away. Plenty of shopping around (up the street towards the symphony building but further past it. Also the property manager is a wonderful and helpful man! He gave me his name but with my travels back to Paris I forgot as I didn’t write it down. I would stay here again and recommend.

Great base to explore Palermo - right in the middle of town. Very clean and comfortable with friendly owners and staff.

It has parking right next to it and is in the heart of the city. You can step out and simply walk to everywhere. This is a small bunch of 5-6 rooms together on a floor. It is not a hotel with a lobby or a real reception. But the service is good, the rooms are fully equipped and very modern.
The floors above, when occupied, can be quite a disturbance as you can hear everything including footsteps, shower etc.
Check out time should be extended to at least 11 am.
Simon was very helpful but every time you need something you have to call him on his mobile as no1 sits at the reception area.

Great location (in the center of Palermo), rooms very nice and clean (cleaned every day), comfortable beds, an additional plus for parking. Simone who looked after us during our stay was always very helpful! Thank you very much Simone for the surprise for our honeymoon :)
