Great view of the sea, close to town center.
Very nice room, cleam sheets and towels.
There are a few things that should be improved, like the shower cabin door or the outside wooden blinds.

Location for town and beach
Nicely decorated. Plenty of written communication from host, although no personal contact.
No toilet roll holder. Toiletries limited to sachets of shower gel. No handwashing soap.
Check out at 10am meant we had to drag our cases around until our bus left, later in tha day.

Great location/ air con/ view balcony / close centre / affordable/ close to ferry
Getting key was VERY difficult ! We arrived 9 pm ....and another guest..both didnt have a key code sent to our mobiles to gsin entry ? Very worrying! Most of the tel no didnt work on outside of building also .?also rooftop terrace a wasted space ..best views in pozzallo.!!..suggesting a few sun loungers / drinks machine etc ..could be higher room rate if updated ?

Close to the ferry services and the beachfront, kind staff.
As others already mentioned: poorly soundproofed - we heard guests from the other rooms in the morning, at least they seemed to have a good time... Also, the smell of the bathroom was pretty stingy and the mattress (especially on the small bed) was very worn out, it wasn't very comfortable.
