The property is gorgeous. The surroundings are unreal, you have views of waterfalls and luscious green mountains from your front door. The villa grounds are really nice - the pool area is very nicely decorated and private. 2 minute taxi to ponta do sol (can’t really walk this due to tunnels). Taxi to Funchal cost around €16/20 one way (there is bolt taxi app on the island). I recommend Funchal it’s a great town!
Not enough bowls for breakfast and couldn’t work the hob.

The apartment has a beautiful outdoor space, ranging from a spacious private terrace with multiple seating options as well as a shared but not crowded pool area.
The apartment is facing away from the street, so it was nice and quiet.
The beds were comfortable.
The on-suite bathrooms do not have a door, which can lead to a lack of privacy.
