gulf winds employees were above and beyond helpful.
The condo we stayed at needs some updates. duck tape was used to fix things like the curtain rod.

The location could not have been better, however I would not recommend this particular unit. It is very dated which I was OK with, but the kitchen pots, pans, and plasticware were unusable. Between the living room and kitchen there are staples in the carpet that stick up and 3 out of 4 of us got stuck by. This was left in another review so should have been taken care of. The carpeting is very worn and stained. We made do because the pool was great, the location was great, and the staff were great.
