Everything, Chris goes out of his way to make you welcome. The breakfast is always good. Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, croissants, toast proper coffee.
Location is excellent a short walk from the train station and lots of cafes/restaurants nearby
Comfortable bed and nice and clean. Very reasonable price too.
I've stayed several times and it's always great
Nothing to complain about, everything is well done

Great location. Comfortable beds.
One room was cold with no heating available. One shower didn’t work properly. The breakfast was basic and the fruit stale. Warning notices about not showering too long, or using too much toilet paper, locks on the radiator controls.
