First time traveling as snowbirds from Michigan and we selected the Gulf Strand. We loved this condo, the comfort and views. So many things to do every day in the surrounding areas. It was quiet and we enjoyed meeting other friendly guests. Betty the property manager is great and we recommend this place to others.

We loved the property and location. The unit needed cleaning. The few of the kitchen cupboards were very sticky, long black hair on the bathroom and bedroom floor. When getting into bed the first night, my foot hit something under the bed, I looked and there was a water bottle, a cap and a quarter. Each day I took a shower the mirror was fogged up (which is normal) and I read the same message someone put on the mirror which read “I love u Mel.” I don’t know who Mel was, but I do know the mirror hadn’t been washed. With what we spent for out 4 nights stay, we expect a clean place.
