Superb location near central Austin! The two units work wonderfully for large groups. Efficient communication with property management.

This is a lovely property, but is old and could use a little love. It's close to Zilker Park and accommodated many family members for the wedding we were attending.

While we enjoyed our visit to this area of Austin for a weekend family event being held nearby, we would not choose this site for a longer term stay.
The upper unit (the two are separated like a duplex) was what we primarily used for sitting and preparing breakfast only. The upper unit has the larger kitchen and the stove/oven was clean and functional. There and were ample plates, glasses, and the like. While not listed as an amenity, there was a wine cooler, which though we did not need, if anyone would - was not working. The living area was open and bright.
While all the rooms were generally clean, we felt a deep cleaning is in order. Bathroom baseboards and several walls showed staining requiring cleaning or painting. There were also missing bulbs from one lamp and another was effectively not usable as the twist thumb switch to it was removed.
The carpets show their age are are frayed in some areas. The shower areas were all ok and usable but the available towels were not, in our opinion, hotel-quality as listed. All of the our guests reported their beds though clean and comfortable, sagged into the middle.
We also reported to GuestSpaces the damage to the wall by the front door where there is a broken doorstop.
The location is very close to the downtown Austin area, Zilker, and Barton Springs so access to outdoor activities would be a plus when the outside temperatures are not as record breaking hot as they were when we were there. The parking area was very ample f

Spacious, comfortable and very quiet neighbourhood.
Well stocked with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, coffee and coffee filters.
Agreed with a previous review, a couple of beds require replacing and photos of patio area is outdated.
Despite this, we enjoyed our stay. We had to report a faulty washing machine. Communication was very swift.

The property was as expected! Check in was super easy and the location was perfect. The property was clean but a little worn (cracks in the tiles, older carpets)

Very close walk to Zilker! Love the location. About 15-30 minute Uber/Lyft to 6th and Rainy depending on traffic. Barton. Hills Market is less than 10 minute walk for any supplies -- definitely took advantage of that! Shampoo, body wash, and towels were supplied, but unfortunately no extra blankets -- at least I couldn't find any blankets. So if you have extra guests perhaps sleeping on the sofa, they will need a blanket. It was convenient for our large group to have a unit upstairs and the other downstairs. Upstairs naturally becomes the place where you will want to hang out, so if you're staying with a large group and prefer quiet, you might want to choose a room downstairs. Overall, would stay again!

Amazing Austin Stay
We recently stayed here for my bachelorette party and this place was perfect! All of the girls slept comfortably and we actually liked the idea of separate units! House was very clean and perfect for our needs (especially the bathrooms with long mirrors to get us all ready)! We loved Zilker park and Barton springs and everything downtown was a quick Uber ride or even scooter ride away!
Would definitely recommend this place and we hope to stay here again some day!

Perfect for large group!
We had 17 moms on our group and this property accommodated all of us. Everyone had an actual bed to share with one other person(not a blow up mattress or a pull out couch bed). The common area in the upper unit was great to gather and have some meals. The manager was quick to address any requests so that everything went smoothly during our stay.
We would stay here again.

Great Stay
The space was perfect for our large group spending three nights and four days. Great location in terms of getting into town. Perfect kitchen in unit A for entertaining. The only thing I would note is that unit B is completely separate from Unit A. From the pictures it looks like it is connected by the back porch however you have to exit the first unit and go outside and downstairs to get to Unit B. However, overall this was a great space for our big group! Would definitely rent again.

Austin Bachelor Party
House was as advertised and worked well for our group of 18. Comfortably slept the entire group and upstairs had big enough common spaces where everyone could congregate. House is not overly fancy and there are some minor dings throughout the house (i.e., cracked tile, scratched floors) but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. Central enough location with easy ubers to 6th, Rainey, and UT and a convenient market/deli a short walk away.

Great! Besides when we got into the property some balloons and decorations from what seemed to be a previous bachelorette party had been left in a few of the rooms. Otherwise it was great!
