It was a very old place from what he heard but renovated in a very modern way. The appliances looked very new and nice. They have heating in the floor. They also have parking for each apartment. The apartments are large and the beds very comfortable. For the skiers like us, they have a special room to keep your skis with a heating system for the boots.
But the main piece was the sauna. Very nice sauna.
Also the owners were super nice to us. We could see they did their best to make our stay a good experience.
We would probably recommend to offer new towels at least every two or three days.
